Jamba Jamba! This Jamba is in the shopping center with Safeway at the corner of Sierra College and Douglas. Parking is difficult here! It is always very crowded and the small lot right in front is tight. Suggest you park a bit farther away and walk across. This location is one I frequent at lunch time, and if you don't order ahead it's very slow. I feel like they are always busy making online orders instead of helping the people who come in in person. They are friendly and kind. The food is always good and made correctly. For lunch I am a big fan of the Acai bowls!! And the waffles are to die for. read more

Placed a company order this morning with 9 items. 1 bowl was missing (we had 5 of the same ones so it was missed), so we called for a refund of that 1 bowl. They said they couldn't give a refund but could give a free bowl card which was fine. Leslie went above and beyond and hand delivered the card, as well as a few extra things for us to sample which we weren't expecting at all. We were blown away by her customer service. We always go to this location for our work orders and will continue to do so. read more

Jamba Juice is my go to healthy choice for lunch. I've been to lots, but this one stands out. Their drinks are consistent and they make my off menu favorite: PBJ. If you like peanut butter and jelly then this one is a winner. The main reason I go here is because the service is always excellent. The place is always clean and I get my drinks in a timely manner. No matter what season or time, the people here are friendly and I always get service with a smile. I've never left a review before, but this experience pissed me off enough to say something. The inside was barely clean -- if you can even call it that. Straw wrappers tossed around the trash can like the employees can't be bothered to walk two feet from behind the counter. God forbid someone put in the bare minimum effort to make the place look decent so customers don't feel gross sitting down. The bathroom? Disgusting. An unflushed toilet, water all over the damn floor, paper towels everywhere except the trash. Clearly, the manager doesn't give a damn whether customers walk into a place that feels cared for. The apathy is loud. Now let's talk about the absolute worst part -- the cashier. Incredibly rude. Completely passive-aggressive. Acting like she hated being there and was doing everyone a favor just by existing behind the counter. She had her hat pulled down so low we couldn't even see her face properly. That's weird and uncomfortable. She looked straight-up miserable and made sure everyone else felt it too. She was alone, fine -- maybe that's why she was slamming everything like she was on the verge of a breakdown. We came in early Saturday morning, and the way she banged things around making our smoothie? It was aggressive, loud, and made us feel like a burden just for ordering. And here's the kicker -- this isn't the first time I've dealt with this same girl. Back when I'd stop in at night after class with my boyfriend, she always had the same hostile, dead-inside attitude. This location used to be my go-to because it was usually super clean and bright. But now? Dirty. Depressing. Straight-up bad energy. I never want to step foot in this place again. And the smoothie? Runny as hell. I might as well call in ahead next time and ask them to stick it in the freezer for 30 minutes so it's actually worth drinking. Honestly, I'd give one star only because of how trash the customer service was. It's that bad. Now, to be fair -- I have had great experiences here before. There used to be the sweetest blonde girls working, including one named Kaleen (she wore an orange or red shirt) and a shorter girl in a grey shirt -- they were kind, fast, and made the store feel warm. And I remember the older couple who I assume are the owners -- super high energy and clearly the glue holding this place together. They're the reason the store sometimes feels alive. Especially during Christmas -- the place feels welcoming then. But now? If this kind of energy is what you're letting run the place, don't expect people to keep coming back. read more

Always great after a long work day... Especially if it's hot!!! I always get the sunrise strawberry with extra frozen yogurt because it adds texture and a more yogurt taste which I love!! My lady always gets the strawberry wild with extra frozen yogurt! She loves the yogurt taste too!! You can always get a boost... I usually get the daily vitamin or vitamin c. Snacks are always available and if I'm hungry I may get a pretzel.... But I usually just order the drink. I have Also tried the orange dream machine (love it... I come here multiple times a week. Every single time I order the orange carrot twist it tastes like ginger. The machine is never washed. Good service, and I like that they let me call ahead orders so I can quickly pick up. I come to Jamba Juice 4-5 times a week, because I'm too busy/lazy to make my own wheatgrass juice. Way under-staffed and of course no manager available to resolve the excessive back-log. After waiting more than 20min, I just got a refund and went elsewhere - waste of time with bad management. read more

We chose 50 percent sweetness which was not sweet enough so next time we will go with at least 75 percent. Boba texture was inconsistent: chewy in one drink, soft in another. The bubble waffle with boba had a nice crispness but the boba didn't add much. The Korean corn dog was small but tasty. The service was friendly and the staff asked questions to make sure the order was correct. Reejoy is a counter with no seating right around it, but there is seating around the hot foods area of Oriental market. Parking was not too difficult on a Saturday in the lot.
