Now as for all the negative reviews about the prices, I do have to agree myself that this place is a bit more pricey than other chain locations, and in general, alot more expensive than what prices were years ago. That being said, I feel like all the stores in these 3 plazas in this Brokaw/Oakland Rd intersection are wayy overpriced and for the most part, MID lol. I literally come to vitality almost weekly and order practically every single day. I'm obsessed with the food and smoothies even if it's over priced, however I'm definitely not obsessed with the customer service. I would love to speak to a GM / Regional manager about this ongoing issue. Everytime I come in or call the girls working sound SO miserable and it's very off putting especially for how much I spend. I mean it seriously seems like they would rather be anywhere else. I also have a dairy allergy and when I had went in to order one day I asked one of the girls if the salad dressing had dairy and she proceeded to tell me that none of the dressings had dairy so I went ahead with my order. Later that week I had ordered online and I got my order with no dressing and writing on my bowl stating that they didn't put any dressing because it had dairy, I was so confused because I was told otherwise. When I had ordered again I got it with the dressing and that night I was sick to my stomach, I definitely thought it was anything else because I was told there was no dairy. When I had ordered again a couple days later I decided to call the store and just confirm to which the girl said the dressings had no dairy. She called back a few minutes later and said nevermind it did have dairy and some of the others as well. To me this is super frustrating because I have a dairy allergy and I'm just glad I am not deathly allergic or could have ended up in the hospital because the employees were unaware of their ingredients. I'm truly saddened at how carefree they are coming off especially as a continued high paying customer. I would not recommend this location just based on that experience. read more

I usually come here weekly to get an acai bowl for breakfast and it's so good. The pricing is not cheap but they're not chintzy with their produce. They always have plenty of fresh and ripe toppings on your bowl. The fruit is never sour or old, you can tell they prepared it right then. To have that much produce into a bowl isn't cheap. The medium bowl is a decent size but I'll get the large bowl for a meal personally. The service is always quick and they're friendly. I also like their rewards program it's worth signing up and has some discounts you can use on the bowls. There's also an award for your bday or when you earn so many points. My bowls to order are the warrior, super food, and the vitality bowl. They've also got food which I haven't tried yet and other things such as smoothies or other types of bowl that don't have acai as the base. read more

The serving was very little and not at all like the pictures. My panini was on regular bread, which was fine I guess since I requested wheat bread, and there was very little meat. I asked for chia seeds & granola as well however, that seemed to go over the woman's head since it's not im their typical set combinations. Nothing serious; but it seemed to be a a bit of a nuisance for the lady to process because she seemed to be more focused on the bowls "appearance" than the actual request of the customer. After my bowl being ready she brought it out then asked if I wanted a bag. I said no it's fine, she then said, "well I hope it tastes good because that's not a common mixture....I said oh it will taste just fine because that's what I always get...of course minus my chia seeds, and coconut flakes.
