Even if they had opened just 10 minutes before we got in, the restaurant looked ready for service. Very clean and all the booths had dividers to comply with COVID measures. I saw the server cleaning all the surfaces that were being touched by the customers frequently. For serving the food you also have the option to use gloves to handle the tongs. The server we had, Emmanuel, was really helpful and professional. We had some questions about how the hot pot worked and he answered all of them. When the broths came to the table, he explained where the vegetables, proteins, and sauces were located in the restaurant. We started cooking our food and we were delighted with the flavor. Was gonna go to Hunan Taste but apparently they dont have dimsum. So we came here instead. And BOY.. was it a great decision. The place is clean, and quiet (we came on a thursday late lunch time). Got a booth away from the other people. There was only one waiter working the front, so service was slow, but not overwhelmingly. We were busy with the food anyway. Food was excellent. There was a variety of meat, seafood, veggies and extras. And then the noodles run on the "train", and some things like rice and shrimp and scallops they will get it from the kitchen (included in the price). The selection of sauce was immaculate. HANDS DOWN the best hot pot in Orlando. I've eaten here once before and I enjoyed it, but we came back tonight and the food was incredible. The owner brought out a ton of special vegetarian things for me since I'm a picky eater. And we did the appetizer + hot pot dinner. It was so beyond delicious there aren't even words to describe it. The fried tofu was what dreams are made of. They have so many fresh options for sauces. And the ingredients are so fresh and high quality. This place is so delicious and so well worth the money you get unlimited everything even the appetizers are unlimited. I was blown away by the choices of appetizers that they had as unlimited. You just have to pay an extra four dollar per person for the appetizers. They range from chicken wings, spring rolls, shrimp, crabs, you name it for the appetizers. It was great the unlimited sides to unlimited, meats and vegetables you can add was amazing. The flavor was amazing. This place was clean and quite a fun experience for a first time or like me eating hot pot. Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed it and really have to visit again. Don't come here in a rush because that things take time to cook and do you want to make sure you enjoy every moment of it I recommend this place 10 out of 10 the employees were very polite. The restaurant is amazing. Very clean and the seats are comfortable. We were seated at a big table that normally seats 6 people. The food is very delicious and surprisingly very cheap. I had the beef broth and ribeye beef. It only costs 8 dollars for both the broth and the meats. I was there with my boyfriend and it only costs us 27 dollars for everything. The server is amazing. She was very friendly and engaging. She always comes back and checks on us. They also play the Tasty channel on TV. read more

This was my first time going to a hot pot restaurant. Chose this place at the recommendation of some fellow foodies and I'm so glad I listened! When I walked in the first thing I noticed is how bright and modern it looked. The hostess offered us hand sanitizer and then took us to our booth. I noticed there was a booth or two between each family. She explained the menu to us and took our order. We got the AYCE. My husband chose the Szechuan broth, I got the Tom yum (yum!), my mother-in-law and son got the seafood and my other son got beef. I tried all and my favorite was my Tom yum and my husband's Szechuan. Later, a gentleman cane by with our broths and walked us through what we needed to do, and in what order. They didn't have the plates coming around on the conveyor. Instead they offered each person a pair of gloves and you'd choose from a selection of fresh veggies and meats. They also had a selection of sauces and other toppings. Each time we went up we were provided with a fresh pair of gloves. The waitress came by regularly to collect empty plates and offer refills. I forgot to take pictures. We were too busy scarfing down our food. My husband has visited a couple of other hot pot places around town and said this was the best he's had. Great service. Great food. Decent food and very affordable. However when I came in around 6pm on a Saturday they told us they were already out of rib eye and a majority of the seafood options. I read some previous reviews here about the same thing happening but it seems like they still run out around dinner time. Overall my experience was not bad. The only things on the conveyor belts were noodles, mushrooms and greens so not a lot of variety. When compared to other hot pot style restaurants in the area, this one lacks variety, substance and quality. Also, the employees were just talking to friends when we were ready to pay.
