Dined in for Valentine's Day and let me tell ya - I got better service than I would have gotten at a 5 star cliche steakhouse. The Valentine's Day special was that they took care of the 1st round of drinks, which I've never seen anywhere else. They were very accommodating to our dietary restrictions and they have high quality food for a hotpot. There's no doubt in my mind that I would visit again (I'm a tourist)! read more

I was in Orlando for a few days and craved hot pot. With many options to choose from, we decided to come here based off of other Yelp reviewers specifically about how tasty their broth was. First off, the broth was amazing! We are natives of Boston and having tried so many hot pot joints from our hometown, this is hands down the best tasting broth we've ever had. Juicy pot is hands down my favorite hot pot place in Orlando. There is a fine selection of broths and what really sets them apart from the rest is the appetizers and sides that they offer. My only disappointment is not discovering this place sooner......it's such a hole in the wall I literally had no idea it existed until I heard it from a friend of a friend! Unlike larger hot pot places which work to produce in volume and you end up having to season your own pot, this broth was perfect to the taste! I grabbed so much seasoning being used to all other competitor hot pot places in the area and ended up not needing any of it since it was packed with so much flavor!!! The restaurant has great vibes and is not loud and hectic, we were seated immediately and our server was so sweet and the staff's friendliness made the place so open and welcoming. Overall they had very high quality ingredients and more variety than other places. The biggest win of this discovery was the price....$25.99 for all you can eat as a dinner?! I could not believe it......although it may not seem like much on the outside and they don't market themselves as much as I would love, I can see why this should remain hidden......definitely the best hot pot place in Orlando for the best price based on quality and aromas. Great hot pot spot! The restaurant is a mix of normal service and self serve: drinks, appetizers/certain specialty items, and broth are ordered by the server, a conveyor belt goes around for noodles, sauces and all the toppings (meat, seafood, vegetables) are buffet style self service. The restaurant is very clean and spacious. Each person has an individual stovetop/pot with plenty of space to accommodate 6 people in a booth. PLUS, they have ice cream that you can take to go to top off your meal! read more

I wanted to take my bf to dinner tonight to start our V-Day weekend. It was our first time at a hot pot so I took him to Juicy Pot since it had 5 stars and great reviews! Well, I agree, it was for sure 5 stars! We had great service! The place was clean and presentable and the food/broth was SO good! The manager, Brenden stopped by our table to greet us and helped us with great options with there awesome sauce / topping bar and showed us how to cook some of our food. This little spot is packed with quality meats, from premium beef, lamb, pork belly, and seafood and veggie options. The conveyer belt has different noodles, shrimp chips, etc. We ordered appetizers, and loved the calamari. I would skip ordering the appetizers next time as we had so much great options for the hotpot. Don't forget your dessert. We were busy taking photos we left without taking our dessert. read more

Juicy pot is the only hot pot restaurant I've visited that has such a variety of broths! The employees are very kind and welcoming, answering all of our questions while also providing excellent recommendations. The sauce bar has a wide variety of options, as well as the veggies and meat bars. Their conveyor belt with various types or noddles and rice cakes is so convenient. Also, the restaurant itself is so clean! The owner is so kind, making sure to personally greet all of the guests. I love this place, definitely my new go to spot and recommendation! read more

This was a great experience. I had some concerns before my visit concerning accessibility for myself. Mr Tran was awesome when I reached out to him on FB to ask him a couple questions. The smallish strip mall location is very nice, clean and well maintained inside. The seating areas are very comfortable. The food was too notch. I had the Tom Yum broth, my wife had the Szechuan broth, and the kids had chicken broth all very flavorful. All the meat, seafood, vegetables were very fresh and of noticeable high quality. The sauce area was abundant and very nicely put together. We went for lunch and it could not have been any better then it was. Kudos to Mr Tran, our waiter Kevin and the entire Juicypot staff for making this a great experience for my family. We will definitely be back when ever we are in the area. read more

Their hot pot broths are SO good. We always go for the Tom Yum. It has a slight kick, but in the best way. JuicyPot is a great establishment that consistently serves up fresh food that is tasty and fairly priced. The lunch AYCE hot pot is priced differently than dinner/weekend, and it's such a good deal. The majority of the food is on the conveyor, but if you don't see something you'd like - the servers are very happy to assist in finding it for you. Service is prompt and friendly. I will also point out that this place is SUPER clean. They also have shrimp chips, which most hot pot places over visited around town do not offer. read more

The food was excellent! The service was a little slow considering we were the only customers at the time. Some foods I would recommend trying is their beef brisket, ribeye, & lemongrass beef. I had the oxtail broth which was good, but my boyfriend had the Tom yum broth and it was a lot better in my opinion. (Try if you like things on the sour side!) I would definitely come back here for hot pot! I think it beats the regular spots I go to! The food quality tastes better than the AYCE places of course. Forgot to take pics of the food. Upon arrival I was thinking the restaurant looked awesome clean and new. had looked up The menu on the way- so I was ready for dinner. I sat down at the table the waitress/hostess? Took me to. I briefly looked over the menu and started asking some questions. How does it work what's the difference between the broths ect. To my surprise I was told they were out of almost all sea food. I was surprised bc it was only 7pm and the restaurant only had one other group of guests. I left - everything that I would have wanted to order was not available. I went for the first time today with my boyfriend and his younger sister. The inside of the restaurant is very clean, open, and welcoming. When we were seated our server took the time to explain how the restaurant works and gave us recommendations for our orders. We all did the beef broth hot pot which is very flavourful on its own and added our own spices and sauces from the sauce bar. While we were waiting we were surprised with netted spring rolls (on the house) with a sweet fish sauce for dipping which was very good. All the meats we ordered were fresh, the vegetables we grabbed from the conveyor belt were fresh, and everything was great overall. I would definitely recommend trying the spicy lemonade because it's incredibly refreshing. This hot pot place, I think, is better than the other ones in Orlando and the prices are definitely unbeatable. I can't wait to go back again soon. read more

This place is so good. The quality of food is very good, the broth that I got is really good. I've been lots of hotpot places all over U.S, and this is probably the best one I've been too and I don't even live in Florida :( . Their spicy limeade (which isn't really spicy, but it's just more of a small pinch flavor) is so good too, not too sweet and not too sour. read more

This place is super clean! The server and staff are very nice and attentive. Everything is very fresh and the meats are kept separately and enclosed. They have a wide variety of protein, seafood, and veggies. I do wish they would have more mushroom choices. They only have bellas and button shrooms. Could add more variety like enoki or king mushrooms. We tried the Tom yum and Chinese szechuan (spicy) broth. The Tom yum was very tasty. The Szechuan is probably spicy to most but was just ok to me (I have a very high spice tolerance). We didn't get to try the ice cream because we were so stuffed but they have individually wrapped ice cream bars and sandwiches. We loved the early 2000s music choice tonight. It was very nostalgic. The place is OK for a hot pot if you live in the area but there are plenty of other places that are much better. It's a bit small and they don't have a lot of food options as larger hot pot locations do. With that being said, they shouldn't have their prices the same as the bigger ones. I could def recommend ones to go to if you want to get your money worth. read more

This place is amazing! The service was very nice, and our waitress helped us through the process as we were new to hotpot. She was very attentive and thoughtful when we liked the spicier broth, so much so that she brought us some of the paste from it to add to our broths! The food is good here. They apparently simplified the ordering system. Previously, the plates cost different amounts based on what was on them. Now, all the plates that go by on the conveyor belt are $1. Broths are typically $4, meats are $4, most noodles and vegetables are $1. The owner is super friendly. The place, like others have said, is very clean and ingredients are very fresh. The service was very quick and they staff was very nice. We were checked on very regularly and never saw the staff not working (they were always checking on the other customers and/or cleaning and restocking). The music while we were there was a lot of boys II men and Mariah Carey, so somewhat romantic music. I tried half Szechuan half tom yom and it was great! Semi-spicy and flavorful. We also went around 2 and were able to get the lunch special which is $19.99 and includes everything on the bar and the sides on the belt (we only grabbed 1 plate of noodles). The appetizers and proteins on the menu are extra. But the actual buffet bar came with so many protein options we didn't feel the need to order others. Then there were the popsicles and ice creams at the end! After a pot of spicy soup that treat definitely hit the spot! I would definitely go back!!! read more
