VERY LIMITED VEGAN OPTIONS unless you just get tea or fruit. They only use whole milk for their cream teas and smoothies and have absolutely no plant milk alternatives available which is a HUGE BUMMER since it would be more cost effective on their end and also more widely accessible to a broader range of clientele who want to indulge in the other yummy flavors they have available. I walked in and was greeted by a strange, almost septic odor. 2.) Customer interactions. I walked in and the only two guys behind the counter stared at me aimlessly while I tried to make up my mind. Why not offer a recommendation or ask what I was wanting to try...? Maybe up sell me on ice cream - who knows? 3.) Overall marketing. The website and menu at the bar both have outdated coupons. Cute place that I stopped by to grab some dessert. The fruit ice "sundae" isn't shaved ice!! It's more like a snow cones w fruits inside and syrups and topped w ice cream. The popcorn chicken is SO GOOD! They gave us two sauces with it, honey mustard and some kind of orange one. Both were good, but the chicken was so juicy 10/10 would come back! Would like to try the boba, but the strawberry smoothie is definitely worth a try because it's delicious. You can take anything to-go because they have boxes for the foods as well. Stopped by last week because we were nearby. Not a single customer was there. That should have been a red flag. The reviews for some odd reason say otherwise. Maybe it's the person making our drinks? Didn't get the gentleman's name. It seemed like he knew what he was doing being the only person working. Ordered coffee banana for my wife and a mocha for myself. Extremely watered down and I tasted imitation banana flavoring. My drink tasted like cheap chocolate milk that was watered down. Was disgusting. Since I like supporting small businesses I even bought a cookie. It was stale and harder than rocks. It was chocolate chip, but tasted like coconuts. I got the popcorn chicken box and it was a good amount for the price :) but the chicken was really weirdly chewy (didn't taste like chicken) and there wasn't enough of the sauce for the whole box. I also got the milk tea and it tasted like plain iced watered down milk, and the jasmine green tea my friend ordered tasted like plain iced watered down green tea. They tasted almost exactly the same, even though they were completely different drinks. Not HORRIBLE, but wouldn't recommend. read more

Let me just say I work at a smoothie place and prepare the same type of food and the food and smoothie we're just terrible. I ordered the popcorn chicken basket with fries and a strawberry mango smoothie. The chicken was all dark meat with gristle and was not good. The batter on the chicken was also sweet as if they had fried a pastry In the same oil and then just threw the chicken in. The smoothie not only had chuncks of ice as if it were not blended correctly but it was also unbearably sweet. We went for the first time and the atmosphere was nice with friendly staff. They had a selection of bubble waffles/ice cream and teas. We ordered milk tea with boba and a taro smoothie. MILK TEA- tastes like plain milk, watered down, and bland while the tapioca is TOO soft, almost where it's about to separate into other pieces TARO SMOOTHIE- a little too sweet, not BAD but below average Overall, I'm very disappointed. The milk tea should be the "chicken tenders" to every boba place where you would choose it as a safety option but it's not even worth your money. This is a great place for boba tea, or tapioca smoothies, especially this is the only close one in the community. There is a large menu and all kinds of mixed fruit flavor that you can choose from. But the Mango chamoy is my favorite. Seems like they recently made a lot of improvements by adding ice cream bowls, supercones, bubble waffle and banana split. Environment is definitely much better than before. clean chairs, sofa, and a long slick bar by the window. Fried rice and popcorn chicken are delicious.
