Mary Elizabeth is an absolute dream to work with…read more With the intention of having a beautiful Montana sapphire engagement ring, I looked all over the Internet for the gem that I had been envisioning. I am so glad I came across Mary Elizabeth's website. In her inventory was the most perfect radiant parti-colored Montana sapphire that I dreamed of. From the beginning she was so helpful and sweet. I was initially worried that designing my rings long-distance (I live in Texas) would be too difficult, but she made the process so easy for me through thorough communication and plenty of pictures/videos of different options that we wanted to explore. I have difficulty making decisions and she was very helpful in showing me all the options I requested. I really enjoyed the process of working with her. Mary Elizabeth absolutely made my dream a reality with my rings and I am so glad I decided to create them with her. She created exactly what I envisioned (actually, even better than envisioned.) It really makes a difference to work with a jeweler that is artistically talented, personable, and willing to explore all of your creative ideas. Also, her pricing was very reasonable and the craftsmanship of her work is wonderful. She also was quick on communication and creating the finished product. I am still so in love with my rings. They are more beautiful than I ever imagined. I admire my engagement ring daily and sometimes wear my wedding ring around the house because I love it so much (we are getting married next year!) Mary Elizabeth did an amazing job and I highly recommend her as a jeweler. I will be working with her again someday! Mackenzie

What a cool place! Found Mary randomly when I needed to get my ring size. She was super friendly…read moreand didn't hesitate to help me out even though I wasn't buying anything. Well fast forward 2 months when I'm looking for a custom piece for my bride to be. I reached out to see if we could hit the time line as it was very short notice. She expedited the process, helping me with design and layout. Sent me proofs to make sure we were on the same page and got me this beautiful pendent. Would recommend 110%! Thank you for all the work and such a magnificent final product!

I debated on writing this but the more I think about it, it just doesn't feel right so figured I'd…read moreshare to give others a heads up. No complains about the repair - they did a great job! I took in a wedding ring crown that has 5 diamonds on it since I had lost one of the diamonds. Upon bringing it in, Josh let me know they could fix it and was already bagging it up without even giving a quote. I then asked for a quote since I'd gotten one from the original maker of the ring. I had let him know the quote he gave which was $390-425 was higher than what they quoted. But ultimately decided I'd rather have it fixed locally than send it out since I didn't want to wait (which I voiced verbally). He took a closer look and said they could do it for $425. I said okay because after shipping costs, it would only be ~$40 more than sending it to the maker. He said okay, and that he'd pick out the diamond today and I'd have it back the following week. 2 full weeks went by before it was ready so I was already a bit annoyed since that was likely the same turn around if I mailed it to the maker! But then when I went to pick it up, the price was $595+tax. I asked why the price difference (and refreshed his memory on our convo at drop off) and he just said okay we can do it for $495. So not only did it take just as long, but in the end after tax I spent over $100 more than what I would have spent if I sent it to the maker.

Probably the most pleasant customer service experience I've had - and I was a walk-in unknown…read morecustomer too. This is a wonderful jeweler's and I can attest to such, as a diamond cutter of thirty years experience.... I was not charged (even when I insisted) for polishing a personal piece of jewelry-
