Been here a few times and the kids have a blast every single time. That said, I do have to be…read morehonest about some things. The place is pretty dirty overall and the foam pits honestly smell like vomit. It also gets extremely overcrowded and safety definitely feels secondary here. There's no real checkin or check out process, no security, and it would be very easy for a kid to wander off if you're not paying close attention. Definitely keep your eyes on your kids at all times. Despite all that, it's still a pretty fun place for kids and mine always enjoy themselves. One thing I really wish they had is a dedicated area for smaller kids between ages 0-2. Right now you basically have to keep them in a stroller or carry them the whole time because there's nowhere safe or appropriate to put them down. Overall, fun for the kids but parents should come prepared for a chaotic and not so clean environment.

We hosted our 6-year-old daughter's birthday party on a Saturday evening. The park was busy, which…read morewas expected. Check-in went smoothly, the party room was appropriate, and cleanliness was acceptable. The first hour went well. We did experience some logistical issues. The drink tickets included in our package were not initially provided, and we had to request them three separate times before they were distributed. While beverage controls are understandable, repeatedly following up for items already included in a party package that represents a substantial financial commitment felt unnecessary. The more significant issue involved a piñata. During the week prior, we confirmed with two staff members that it would be allowed as long as we cleaned up afterward. We even completed a walkthrough of the space to ensure it was appropriate. Based on that guidance, we proceeded. If bringing a piñata ultimately violated policy, that is completely fine, we would have respected that immediately. The issue was not the rule. The issue was how it was handled. When the general manager (I believe her name Jeanine, can remember) entered the room, the approach was confrontational and escalated quickly. What should have been a calm clarification became unnecessarily tense in front of our guests. Clear internal alignment and professional communication would have prevented this. Policies can be firm, enforcement should still be measured and customer-focused. For an event involving 29 guests and a substantial financial commitment, more consistent communication and stronger customer-facing management training would be expected. The children still had fun, but several guests commented on the management interaction. We hope corporate reviews communication practices and oversight at this location. TL;DR: Party logistics were mostly fine, but inconsistent policy communication and a confrontational management response turned a simple issue into an unnecessary escalation. For a substantial financial commitment, better communication and management training are needed.

Kids have fun, but... 1) PUT SIGNS UP BY THE MASSAGE CHAIRS…read moreso that people know not to sit in chairs without paying! Making the chairs produce some annoying, distant sound doesn't stop "squatters" because they don't know that they're the reason for the incessant beeping! The shrill beeps seem like they're coming from somewhere far away, so when I sat in one of the chairs, another customer (NOT even an employee) was forced to graciously inform me that, to make the beeping stop, I had to pay for a massage, or move away. I was mortified, as well as infuriated that Urban Air didn't bother to post signs with this basic information. From then on, for at least 50% of every trip to Urban Air, I've heard the stupid, continuous beeping. Each time I look over to find the culprit, I see the noise pollution is caused by oblivious parents scrolling away on their phones, as they luxuriate in the comfort of these ill-designed chairs. The chairs keep screeching their obnoxious and passive-aggressive rejection of "free rides" for patrons, meanwhile failing to inform them of desired course of action. God, it makes this place a living h*ll... 2) PROVIDE MORE OUTLETS for working and non-working parents alike, who need to charge devices. The location that my children force me to frequent provides ONE outlet, under a booth table. If you don't snag the booth, forget your charging needs! Listen: No one wants to sit for 2-3 hours with a dying device, unable to their check email. If you don't bring a fully charged device, you can expect it to die sometime during the visit. There should be outlets next to each seating area along the walls. The answer is insanely simple -- if you want parents who are willing to bring their kids to Urban Air, make the parents happy.

Do not go here! DO NOT GO HERE! Do not go here!…read more Membership is misleading, and they have been unresponsive on canceling the membership. We provided all documentation for the written guidelines to cancel the membership and they continue to give us the runaround.. On top of that, the place is not safe. They do not adequately Train their staff and are significantly understaffed. Unfortunate. Don't let the other positive reviews mislead you as they are paying for box and most of them are not real. This is not a three star yelp establishment.

Checked this place out on a Wednesday evening with friends and it's the most fun I've had in years -- my inner child was overjoyed at the cool rides they have. Water zorbing, an obstacle course, bouncy houses, bouncy dodgeball and bungee jumping!! All in one place -- I'd stay forever if I could! The entire place is super clean and well-maintained and the staff is incredibly sweet, helpful and friendly! They have you sign a waiver and hand you the wristband of your choosing to enjoy the rides, very hassle free and easy check in process! Also have snacks and drinks available for purchase if you need to refuel -- jumping around is hard work! Really fun place for littles and adults alike -- go check it out, thank me later :)

Looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the 80's. I usually expect these kinds of places to be dirty but this one exceeded all expectations. Black gunk built up on all the surfaces from years upon years of dirty kids hands. Broken ping pong table, pieces of the wall hanging down, busted games, random springs hanging off the trampolines...it really has it all. On the plus side, the staff was super friendly.

(If I could give it 10 stars, I would!)…read more Catch Air Austin was hands down one of the best indoor playgrounds we've ever visited. The space is incredibly clean, colorful, and packed with activities that kept the kids entertained the entire time. From the climbing structures and slides to the interactive games and themed play areas, there was never a dull moment. What really stood out was how well everything was maintained. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everyone had a great experience. As a parent, I appreciated the comfortable seating areas where I could relax while still keeping an eye on the kids. This is the perfect spot for birthdays, family outings, or just letting the little ones burn off some energy. We made amazing memories here, and it was absolutely worth the visit. If you're in the Austin area and have kids, Catch Air is a must-visit. We'll definitely be back!

May 30, 2026 review ---…read moreI've been there two times in month of May for my friend's kiddos birthday party and both of them were similar age. This place is huge, tons of play activity inside. Upon entering, they ask you for showing signed waiver, which is valid for an year. We showed it during first entry but we're needed to tell phone number the second time. They stamp on your hand, very light, more like just a formality and let you enter inside a small door. Pretty big play area with tons of slides and other games for all kids. There were rounds table as well in one zone where families or adults were hanging out. At the back, they have 4-5 rooms for birthday party. It's little bit small size but ok for birthday party. They have setup for kids size table and big table one side for other items like pizza (which is in House provided) and other stuff. I think they allow some outside food, not sure. At one of birthday, I saw chips and guac and salsa so thinking so. At the center of room, you can have big chair for your kid to sit/stand for cake cutting. They provide a cart as well for moving your stuff from room to car which I think is pretty helpful. Staff usually is there throughout the event and checking on food, serving cake and all. Bathroom are clean and spacious too. Location is good on 183 highway so I think that's why this place is always so busy. Consider this for your toddler fun day or an event.

The place is a nice size and has lots of areas for different kid ages and different activities. they have a cool little zip line above for the kiddos. There is a weight limit for that one. For food we had wings and pizza. It was surprisingly good! lol I liked the wings. There is a little food counter you can order food from and puck it up. There are seats and tables all around. Overall, they seem to cover everything for a gathering/party/big groups. My only issue is the people that are to greet you in front when you walk in. If it's your first time, you should be provided with all the info and be directed, but they were too quiet and didn't provide any info. We almost bought an unneeded wristband because we weren't provided with the basic information needed. ask those that come in if it's their first time and then guide them.
