I sent several requests for quotes and availability, John was the first to respond with rates and was out the next morning to check on our pool. I've been looking for a pool service to help with our large above-ground pool, but several of the larger pool service companies said they don't service above-ground pools. Today I found the website for Jump Right In Pool Service. I emailed the contact shown and heard back from them within a few minutes. Because of a fortuitous cancellation, John was able to schedule a visit to take a look at our pool the same day. He looked over the pool and explained what he would recommend we cover and winterize the pool as we prepare to sell the house. John was able to actually get the project done right then. We moved into this house 3 years ago, it was an estate and had an in-ground pool that had been neglected for at least a few years. It's taken us all this time to get various repairs and upgrades to equipment, and finally the cleanup--actually getting debris out of the pool--has been a huge effort. We've gotten the runaround from several other companies, being told we could just never get on the schedule, etc. I left a message for Jump Right In late last week, and John got right back to me and was able to come today with his team to give the pool and patio a good scrub (before Memorial Day weekend!). They did an amazing job--they had the right equipment to make short work of the vacuuming (including rocks and tiles from the deep end), cleaned out the pump and skimmer baskets, skimmed and netted, and they scrubbed the sides of the pool and the cover. John tested the water and verified that all the chemical levels are good. He was also able to advise on future maintenance, as well as things we don't need to worry about right now. On top of a job well done, they are super friendly and a delight to work with. We've signed on for regular cleanings through the season, and I'm so relieved to have found a professional resource for getting the most out of this pool. read more
