If I could give this person a zero star rating, I would. Theresa stopped by for a first visit and then yelled at my dad that our pool wasn't filled enough for her. She then left immediately and left our back gate entirely open, we have dogs, which were obvious. Saying she'd be back tomorrow. We bought the house 5 years ago. I answered the door and she said she had worked with the previous owner 10 years ago and knows where things are and headed to one of the gates. She never mentioned working for us before and I did not recognize her. I went outside after grabbing my dads cane for him, while he was going to go over things with her and she was gone. The attached photo is her message to my dad after yelling and abruptly leaving. From what I remember, from 5 years ago from one show, if it was her. She always had conflicts and issues, and just showed up the one time, kept flaking on us with a lot of excuses. This lady is just unprofessional. Who yells at someone about their pool being low (it was full to the point where it has always recommended to be), leaves with the gates open, says they'll be back the next day, and sends a message like this? And if the was the same pool person before that showed up once and came up with excuses to ever come back. Why even come back? You knew the house. Just cancel instead of yelling at a man with medical issues and immediately leaving. read more

I was very pleased with Theresa's service in the beginning. I just had a spa mechanic out, who she referred me to, to check the pipes and the motors because she said the spa was leaking. But he said everything was in great working condition. Then she came out to drain and clean. But when she left the chemicals in the water were not balanced and the yellow light was on instead of the green light. So I texted her expecting the same level of integrity that she kept telling me she had in the beginning and which really made me happy with her, but her response was an abrupt "I don't know what's wrong." I asked her to either come out and recheck it or give me a partial refund. And then she just stopped responding at all. Very disappointed. I'm sure she's going to respond to this with a disparaging comment, or say that I'm some stranger, or that yelp just allows anyone to write a review, but that's not true. Teresa and her daughter ( her helper) came off very sweet and pleasant. They even offered babysitting services from the daughter which I considered! Not so sweet after Teresa almost burned my pool pump! Cost of pump $1800 (installed brand new last year). She didn't place the filter nozzle in filter position instead waste position (empties water from pool) . Filter ran for hours on dry. Working funny till this day ... She will not admit her fault because she thinks she's so good. She claims 20yrs of experience...BBB has her business registered only in 2010. Check BBB something I should of done before hiring... After this incident I told her that I hope she understands why we will not be using her from now on.
