This facility gave a 60 minute ETA initially, I waited 60 minutes and then called the number provided for this facility. The associate I spoke with answered without stating the name of the business at all as though he was receiving a call at his residence. I explained the situation to him, and he said he did not have an ETA to give me but would call the technician and have he/she call me. 1.5 hours passed and I called USAA, they initiated another service request with an alternate provider in case TNT towing did not show up. The 2nd service, showed up, jump started my car, and left within about 30 minutes. TNT never showed up but called once to extend his ETA. Overall I waited 3 hrs without any service from TNT Towing. My suggestion: If you live in the Tacoma, WA area ask your roadside assistance who will be completing your service. If it is TNT Towing ask for another facility.
