Food was really good. Had the breakfast burrito with eggs sausage cheese and bacon. This burrito was huge and definitely shareable. The only minus was the amount of grease that started to accumulate at the bottom of the burrito as I ate. Otherwise it was spot on. The power bowl was delicious. I added sausage to it and it was very tasty. Especially with the arugala. It was filling and I don't think the sausage was really needed to bulk it up at all. Definitely will return. Finished with a chocolate chip cookie. That was really good!

The food was absolutely delicious. We were able to snag a table and meet the whole family over brunch. We never felt rushed. I got the breakfast burrito. My family got the huge cinnamon rolls, s'mores bar, chorizo biscuits and gravy, pancakes and breakfast sandwich. Everyone loved their food. I also the hot coffee bar setup. We will be back for sure!

This place is amazing. The customer service and food quality is top tier. I am so glad they have a store front now, I would always frequent their food truck " The Coop". Ms. Lillie and the team are very welcoming and make sure you are done right.

    S'mores bar. So good.

I met some friends here for lunch one day and what a cute little place. It is small inside, but has several seating options. There are a few booths, a few small tables with chairs, and then you can also sit along the wall at a bar. We were lucky and snagged the last booth. I had planned ahead and was going to order the blueberry pancakes, but when I walked in I saw s'mores bars and it was game over for me. I also got a side of bacon. The s'mores bars were so good btw. I had to eat it with a fork because it was soft, but that was perfect for me. It also had little pockets of salty goodness. I couldn't eat all of it and had to take it home. The bacon was also amazing. It was thick and real..not microwaved or anything weird. It was nice, legit bacon. Other people ordered normal food and everyone loved what they got. I also stopped back by the counter after and ordered some cookies to go. Service was so friendly. You order at the counter and then there's water and water cups with silverware and some condiments off to the side. I can't wait to come back. Maybe next time I'll get the blueberry pancakes!

This small restaurant impressively keeps up with demand! Tasty, hot, and reasonably fast since all is made to order. Breakfast burrito tastes like a egg, bacon, and sausage platter in a handheld package. The sausage is memorable! The steak and egg burrito is creamy, cheesy, comforting and so good. All food is packaged to go, though you may luck out on one of the 3 booths or 5 stools if you want. Two of us ate, and both were full after half a burrito, thrilled we were getting a second yummy meal out of this experience. Definitely worthwhile!

Counter seating with retro diner stools

Junes Daytime is phenomenal! They just opened (2026), so they're still fine tuning, but those were the best pancakes I've had in a loooong time. The latkes were incredible and so was the breakfast sandwich (thick cut bacon, jammy fried egg!). The cinnamon buns were delicious with a touch of lemon in the glaze. I can't wait to try the whole menu! If you're looking for that perfect blend of retro diner meets new school breakfast & lunch menu: this is the place. You order at the counter and the food is all served to-go, which makes for a stream-lined dining experience. The retro decor is a nice touch - loved the booth seating! Can't wait to go back!

It's a little curmudgeonly of me, but I didn't want this place to be as good as it actually is. I…read moredo work around this area and had been curious about Yorkie's for a while; about a month ago I had the opportunity to stop in. It's kind of like Taste in that it's like a Hip And Trendy Sandwich Spot - the staff is mostly perky, cool, and very competent college students - and the prices are about on par with Taste as well, but for what you get here, it's probably double the value of what you can get there. I got their tuna melt, which stuck with me for long enough that it had me craving another sandwich like that when I was in the area again. So today I was in the area again and I brought a friend, who also got the tuna melt and loved it. The thing about that sandwich is that they probably put about a half pound of bluefin tuna salad on it, and it's not mayo or filler-heavy. It's very tuna-forward, which is a plus to me. This time I got the Kevin's Bday, which was turkey, bacon, cheese, LT with this amazing garlicky green onion aioli, because honestly I was like, "Well, the tuna melt was really good. But what about just a Normal Ass Sandwich??" Both those sandwiches come on thick toasted (I think potato?) sandwich bread and my god it was all SO delicious. Again, the portion was enough for two meals, and it was just a turkey sandwich! The turkey was super succulent too. One small detail i really appreciated was that I believe they cut their tomatoes on the slicer as well; they're incredibly thin, and they add a lot to the sandwich without overpowering it. Also their tots are unreal. Sorry for rambling. I'm very passionate about sandwiches apparently. All I'm saying is that if you're at the oceanfront and you're trying to pick a sandwich place, it should be this one.

It was definitely busy during the lunch rush, but worth the wait. The dish was so good! The lemon zest really brightened everything up and kept it from feeling too heavy despite the Caesar dressing, tots, and fried chicken. It added a depth of flavor I wasn't expecting and absolutely loved. At $18 (+ an additional $2 for a can of diet coke), it's a little pricey IMHO, but I'd order it again without hesitation because it's that good. Yorkie's is such a cute spot, the staff was friendly, and while parking can be a bit sparse around lunchtime, it's worth it. I'm already looking forward to going back and trying more of the menu!

We don't mind that at all (sometimes you get better service!). BUT, when we walked to the bar, there was only one seat. We started to leave and let the host know there wasn't room. No big deal, we could try somewhere else. Immediately he pulled out 2 menus and had seating. He was holding out on a 4 top. Alrighty then. Note - the place cleared out pretty fast and only 1 table of 2 was seated after us. This is a very small place and only 2 servers were working. They were a bit in the weeds when we were first sat, but as tables cleared out they recovered. Our server was very polite and as he recovered from the rush, he became more attentive. Standard steakhouse menu here, though a little on the pricier side. I started with a wedge salad (no egg) and hubby had the Caesar. I was a little put off that you have to order and are charged $1 per person for bread. We ordered it, but only got 2 rolls total. You'd think by charging for it, they would keep it coming. But alas, no. The wedge was a perfect size to start (for the price though, I would have expected a larger size). Lots of yummy blue cheese crumbles, though the house made dressing itself lacked much blue cheese flavor. Hubby said his half Ceasar was pretty standard. I ordered a filet, mid-rare and hubby had the strip, rare. Unfortunately, my filet was very rare and the strip came out mid-rare bordering on medium. Not sure if the orders got mixed up, or the kitchen was struggling to get the correct temps. It was OK for us (we just switched plates), but might not be for other diners. What was really really good was my loaded baked potato! Super fluffy and definitely loaded. All in all, not a bad experience at all. Just not very memorable. If we're in the area again and craving steak, we might stop in again.

Drinks were delivered very fast by the bartender. 2nd rounds were offered prior to the drinks being empty which shows good serving habits. The serving portions were very plentiful and played very well on the brunch theme! Burger was cooked medium well but still very juicy with a delicious mayo based sauce. The chicken and biscuit was juicy and the biscuit was flaky and delicious. It would have served the dish well TJ have a little more syrup. I also loved the unique hash tots. I stopped by during their pop up at Farmhouse Brewery and, once again, they did not disappoint. One thing you need to know: their burritos are massive. We're talking "the size of your head" big, so come hungry or be ready for some epic leftovers. The menu is small and focused (usually around four burrito choices), but every single one is packed with quality ingredients and flavor. The Coop spends most days serving on base, but keep an eye out for their local pop-ups. They're always worth chasing down. This time around, I ordered the Pepper Jack Chicken Burrito which was grilled chicken breast, maple bacon, melty pepper jack cheese, and their signature Coop Sauce, all bundled up in a warm tortilla. Every bite was the perfect balance of hearty, savory, spicy, and just a hint sweet from the bacon. Their Coop sauce is one of a kind. Tangy, and delicious. I'm sure adding an egg would take it to the next level (that's an option on all burritos). My friends had the Breakfast Burrito! This one comes with fluffy scrambled eggs, sharp cheddar cheese, juicy sausage, more of that craveable maple bacon, herby potatoes, and (of course) the signature Coop Sauce. They raved about every bite. I appreciate that The Coop keeps things simple with their streamlined menu and focus on top-notch burritos. Whenever I see them around town, I make it a point to stop ... even if there's a line, it moves fast and is absolutely worth the wait. Whether you're looking for a new lunch favorite or just crave seriously great street food, The Coop is a true gem on the Virginia Beach food truck scene.
