Came here for a quick brunch. The location is amazing with great window view of the surrounding areas. The service was very friendly. I got a prickly pear mimosa to drink, a spinach dip to split, and the red rock lox to eat. The portion sizes felt huge to me. Everything came out quickly and tasted great. read more

This was my second time here with my first time being a wedding. The wedding was pretty good BTW. This time, I just met some friends and we had lunch out in the patio. The weather was decent, so we were able to enjoy the view. Our server seemed to be pretty at this, but he did a decent job. I ordered the enchiladas verde, and I thought it was pretty good. It was a green chili chicken enchiladas with artichoke, spinach, cheese and topped with avocado served on a bed of refried beans. It cooked very and presented nicely. The view was beautiful as we sat outside on the patio. The server was kind & welcomed us; we were relaxed since we were vacationing. The service was SO SLOW. Even to get the appetizer of chips & salsa took at least 20 min to bring out & another 20 to get us a BLTA that we were sharing between 2 of us. It literally had 2 slices of bacon on the whole sandwich. My church's Men's Group has been meeting monthly for breakfast at the Juniper Bar & Grille for about 7 years. The restaurant has lots of indoor and outdoor seating, and is rarely busy for breakfast. The view when eating outside is beautiful. The food is consistently good, and the service is always excellent. Our waitress, Brooke, is very attentive to all of our needs. My wife and I eat lunch there at least once a week. The food is always very good, the menu varied and the views are the best in the area by far. Once again, a disappointing experience at Juniper. We are locals and decided to give them another try after avoiding the place for 2+ years due to consistently lousy service and okay food. Lunch took 45 minutes today, even though the room was 2/3 empty. I had to box my sandwich to go because we ran out of time. The food was awful (see photo of my burnt roast beef melt with a paltry amount of meat), and while friendly, the service was inattentive and utterly clueless. It's such a beautiful dining room and location, but this restaurant just cannot get their act together. read more

Not comfortable at all and the food was average .Caesar salad blah, san fransico sandwich was good vortex bowl average ,garlic fries were no good! The worst problem was the entire place was covered with flies I mean we must've had 10 flies all over us while we were eating our meal I couldn't enjoy it was bothering me so much I had to get up and stand in the lobby I watch another gentleman standing over his kid with a napkin just trying to get them off of the food so they could eat. We came here for Father's Day today and it was delicious! I truly felt so bad about how little staff they had today. Our waiter was taking care of all the tables himself and even had to bartend. I wish I remembered his name. This restaurant is open to the public, although located inside the golf resort. It probably has the best views that we found at a restaurant during our entire stay in Sedona. And the food was delicious as well. It's one of those places that you want to stay at a while and soak up the sun and views. read more

We had to wait just a few minutes for a table for 4 and it was good to see staff wearing masks. The views are wonderful and coming here, let alone a good variety of tasty food. The beer selection was good as they had a few local beers. The wine selection was probably the biggest disappointment, with what I would call "grocery store wine." So beer it was! We ordered a couple chicken sandwiches, a club sandwich, and the cod sandwich. Everything was good - hefty portions and sides to match. We were in the area for an overnight bday celebration for my husband and were very disappointed in the food and service we received at a nearby restaurant. But our faith in delicious food and exceptional service has been restored with our visit to The Juniper B&G. We stopped for lunch after our round of golf and are so happy that we did. Our wonderful server, Jessica, who we have renamed "The Best Server in the Area" was amazing. She was pleasant, funny and we so enjoyed chatting with her. A big warm hug and thank you to Jessica for making our experience so great. Jessica recommended the JBG Salad, and the VOC Chicken Marsala Bowl and these dishes did not disappoint. The food was exceptional, fresh and so full of flavor. The drinks were top notch as well, the SGR Transfusion and Sedona Cucumber Cooler were so good we had to have two. The Customer Service was top-notch from everyone that encountered. From the beautiful views, great atmosphere and ambiance, you all are doing a great job - thank you! Wow! Brooke, a member of the waitstaff at the Juniper Bar and Grill (Sedona Golf Resort Restaurant) went above and beyond for us at breakfast this morning! We asked for sautéed vegetables and she was so willing and cheerful about helping us out, even though it wasn't on the menu. The chef did a GREAT job preparing that extra request. We ordered the BBQ Beef Brisket Stack and the Pulled Pork Mac and Cheese. We ate the pulled pork mac and cheese first (we shared both) and we LOVED IT!! But then we ate the BBQ beef brisket stack and, as much as we loved the pulled pork mac and cheese, we were AMAZED at the flavor profile of the BBQ brisket stack, and we preferred it over the pork mac and cheese!! We LOVED BOTH!! Had we known how good they BOTH were, we would have ordered more to take home!! I have been eating at Juniper Bar and Grille along with my hubby and kid for a decade. NEVER once have we been disappointed!! This was my sister's first visit to Juniper and, out of the dozen restaurants we ate at, she chose this one as her favorite experience!!
