    Caprese sandwich with potato chips
    Brenda M.

Came in the morning and Dean waited on us at the bar. Great coffee and cold drinks. Came back the next day for dinner. But had the lunch caprese sandwich, very good! Champagne flight would be to your desired taste but good price. Sat outside because restaurant is small but patio large. Hot outside. Service was excellent! They need misters on the patio!

This is my favorite lunch and dinner spot! Secret Garden Cafe in Sedona has the most delicious food and drinks!! I typically order the veggie burger and it is seriously so good, super fresh and flavorful. The patio is what really makes this place though... it's tucked into this lush, peaceful garden setting that feels like a little escape. It's right in Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village, which makes the whole experience even better. The service here is also on point all the time. I've never had a bad experience. After you eat, you can wander around the cobblestone paths, check out the little shops, and just soak it all in. Such a perfect Sedona spot for a relaxed afternoon.

Bustling restaurant with no nonsense waitstaff (I like it when they are quick to recommend or endorse a selection). Food was average. Toast was not buttered, nor was any provided. The salad dressing was served on the side and tasted commercial (so I ate it without dressing). My companion enjoyed her corn chowder.

garden breakfast: 2 eggs any style, peppered bacon, multigrain toast + potatoes = $17

Sedona is a resort town, so breakfast spots are popping on the weekend. This is especially true with the more quaint, mom and pop owned spots. I ordered the Garden's Breakfast ($17). You get 2 eggs any style (scrambled for me), two pieces of peppered bacon, multigrain toast + potatoes. My breakfast was simple, filling, and just the way I like it. The multigrain toast was surprisingly not multigrain-y. Instead, it was doughy soft. And the bacon was bacon-ing. Each component of my breakfast was perfectly executed. Ngl. You're gonna have to probably wait. We came before 10:00AM and had to wait 30 minutes-ish (?). Anyway, service was perfect and the outdoor seating is nice.

Sitting right behind the side gate of Tlaquepaque, secret garden cafe sits a cute modern brunch spot. There is indigenous inspiration with rustic charm. Taste: 4/5 Service: 4/5 Ambiance: 4/5 Value for money: 3.5/5 We had the corn soup, which was decent, all meals had multi color yams and potatoes which were good, coffee was on point. Overall a good spot!

That place was incredible! Nicely hidden gem! Great ambiance, amazing food and our server Eddy was the icing on the cake!

My wife said, I feel like anything we get here is going to be good. It just has one of those vibes. And she was right! I ordered the huevos rancheros which were very good. She ordered Chef Scramble with cream cheese on the side. Both were excellent! We sat at the bar and our server was perfect. I didn't get her name but she was younger and the right amount of attentive! We were very happy. Also, you can just order coffee if you walk in and go to the left side of the bar.

We stayed overnight in Sedona, and stayed walking distance to Tlaquepaque. It's this quaint village, in a town full of them! We were about to get on the road, and Secret Garden beckoned us to come in! I had a memorable and delicious breakfast. I had a basic egg and bacon breakfast. The bread was even fantastic! My husband had the burrito. It came with guacamole, and i think it's a local ordinance that guacamole has to be done right in Sedona. We had a lovely time, and it was our anniversary when we went so it started us on the right foot! If we visit Sedona again, we'll definitely be back.

The service, food, and drinks were great! I highly recommend the house quiche (Swiss/ham) it was so great with the side of potatoes. The atmosphere makes the experience that much better being surrounded by tons of greenery.

This place was an absolute gem! Service was great and the food was even better. Definitely our favorite place we ate while visiting Arizona. Everything is made from scratch and is homemade, you can definitely taste it. The location even offers blankets if you decide to eat outside and enjoy the views. If you are near Sedona definitely worth a stop and the small town it is in has a lot of art and history.

I went twice to Secret Garden Cafe. I loved the humming bird feeders that brought the birds to the patio. The food (Especially the quiche and French Toast) was delicious and so was the coffee. No one in our group had any complaints. Our server was professional and answered every question we had. I will come back when I come back to Sedona.

    Vegan menu

My husband and I are vegan so finding vegan restaurants that have more than basic stuff when we travel is always a challenge. The burrito was amazing. The vegan cheese they use is so reminiscent of real cheese (plantation brand) - delicious and stretchy making the texture great. True comfort food. The tofu scramble is also very good but my husband and I both preferred the cheesy burrito. The outdoor patio is very sweet and cozy and the service is perfection as well. So good we came back a few days later!

Minus one star for the performative environmentalism. Made a big deal about not offering straws, yet my butter and jelly showed up in single use containers. If they meant the whole plastic usage speech, they wouldn't do that. They would also offer pasta or plastic straws. That being said service was friendly. The food was really good. Sitting outside was a pleasant way to enjoy breakfast. Even though my teeth froze since they are "protecting" the environment.

Beignet! It was flaky like a croissant.

After visiting the Pink Jeep tour, we headed over and immediately loved the vibe. The restaurant has a funky, eclectic feel that's full of personality, and we ended up sitting outside on the back patio, which was such a great atmosphere. It felt relaxed and distinctly Sedona. I'll address something that may be helpful for other travelers. As we were leaving, a group of women mentioned to us that they had experienced some prejudice during their visit. As a Black couple, that naturally gave us pause and stayed in the back of our minds while we were there. That said, I can only speak to our own experience, and throughout our visit we felt welcomed, comfortable, well-served, and completely taken care of. We saw a diverse mix of guests and staff, and everyone we interacted with was kind. I mention it only because I know other travelers may be looking for that perspective when researching places to visit when from out of town. Now for the food. The fresh-baked biscuits were massive and absolutely delicious. I also really enjoyed the coffee, and I have to mention the mugs because they were surprisingly cute and added to the charm of the experience. Of course, the real star here is the omelet menu. There are over 100 omelets to choose from, and as people who love a good omelet, we were in heaven. Our meals were excellent, and honestly, I wish we'd had more time in Sedona because I would have happily come back to work my way through several more options. When a restaurant specializes in something and does it well, I usually stick to what they're known for. Between the unique atmosphere, great coffee, giant biscuits, and seemingly endless omelet choices, The Coffee Pot ended up being one of our favorite breakfast stops in Sedona. If we ever make it back, it's definitely on the return list.

Throughout the meal, not a single drink at our table was refilled or asked to be refilled once. We spent most of the time with empty drinks, and basic table check-ins were lacking overall. I did jokingly ask the server "What do we get for leaving a review" and I can tell she was taken aback by the question but still came back with my order saying all she could was extra whip cream because she didn't have that kind of reputation. I feel as though this shows her lack of confidence and experience. I don't expect free things, but I do expect attentive service -- especially when asking customers to publicly praise the experience. Hopefully this is taken as constructive criticism because there's definitely room for improvement in attentiveness and customer care. On another note, the pasta was definitely really good.
