The donuts really are very good but I was a bit disappointed in the customer service at the Boynton Beach location. I was placed on hold after calling about missing items for my order and overheard the employee complaining. Maybe next time they should put the customer on mute before complaining. It was just incredibly rude. I understand that it may be a slight inconvenience to refund the missing items but that frustration is not something that should be passed on to the customer. I don't feel like I was being ripped off and I was offered reasonable solutions but with an underlying attitude which makes it not worth a return visit for myself anyway. I walked in to Jupiter Donuts very excited but left very sad. I was so looking forward to trying the donuts, it was my first time. I wanted to order half dozen mixed donuts, but was told that only certain ones were included in the price. I asked if it could just be a simple up charge for the more expensive items, but was harshly told it was not an option. That was a little confusing for me, but I tried to move on. My excitement faded by the minute, as almost everything I asked for was directly declined and I had to change my entire order. For some reason my cashier had gotten very rude and tense very quickly and all I was trying to do was order some donuts to take back to my friends at work to share the goodness. But I left disheartened, hardly even able to still be excited about the donuts in the box and bag I held in my hands because the lady checking me out literally made me feel like everything I had done was wrong. OMG these are delicious donuts!! They are big, fresh, and very creative. They have all kind of toppings like m&ms, snickers, heathbar, and peanut butter. We had the lemon filled (yummy) and chocolate coconut topped (so tasty). Our breakfast sandwich was not as successful. The fact that we drove 20 plus minutes to try one of these so wonderful donuts was met with great disapointment. On a friday morning at 10:10 AM when we went inside the shelves were empty with the exception of 6 or so random leftovers. Their sign says open till 1PM! NO PRODUCT! To top it off the smart mouth girl behind the register was so unnecessarily smug. Upon leaving we got the sarcastic HAVE A NICE DAAAAY. So...we never had a taste of their product... I went here for the first time this morning, a little after 10. I ordered an everything bagel with sausage, egg, and cheese. They made it to order which was great, it was hot and fresh. Even though I received a plain bagel, it was DELICIOUS. Very filling and tasted great. However, I do feel like a lot of the donuts are very similar. My kids were excited to try donuts that are different than the kind that Dunkin Donuts sells. We got up early on a Sunday and we were over there by 9AM. Imagine their disappointment to find donuts that really aren't kid friendly, as most of their choices were coconut or laden with peanuts. What a disappointment today. Today was my 3rd visit here and was disappointed to learn they close the grill down 1 1/2 hours before they close the doors. So just imagine walking into a restaurant an hour before they close and they tell you all we have to offer you is food that has been sitting around all morning, we closed the kitchen so nothing fresh available. Donuts are awesome!! Interior seating is less exciting than a McDonald's. Hours of operation are terrible. They close by 1pm. But they usually sell out of any good donuts by 10am. Guess this place caters best to the sweet toothed morning goers who are taking donuts to work. But their donuts are definitely good. If you fall at this store, make sure you get an incident report. The employees are not educated on giving a report. I called and spoke to the manager and he took down the information and was suppose to mail it to me. Surprise never received it. When I fell a customer helped me up and the workers hurried to clean up the wet floor (no signs) and fix the rug. This way no pictures were able to be taken. Did not offer me one thing! This is the second time I've gone to the Boynton location and been completely disappointed. I understand they're open till sold out, but its so ridiculous to never have enough doughnuts made. Here it is before 10 AM and they are completely sold out of every single doughnut. You'd think they'd be prepared enough. So there is almost no chance of walking in past 6 AM and getting a doughnut. I'm not going to fight to get a doughnut. I'd like to be able to walk into a doughnut shop after they've been open for 3 hours and still be able to purchase some. My first visit to Jupiter donuts was on a Sunday, just before noon. Probably the worst possible time to visit as they were sold out of most donuts. This wasn't a surprise as I have read this happens every day. Either way I was in search of Sunday brunch and this is where I landed. The store is easy to find at a major intersection. Its not big, but plenty of room inside. Clean and bright, its a fun themed place. The staff were all super friendly and helpful with their recommendations etc. I had a iced coffee, which you fill yourself. It had ice cubes made with coffee which really help with the coffee not diluting as they melt. They aren't the only ones in town with these, I wonder who had them first :-) The coffee cup was somewhat small, the ice was full to the top, and the coffee came out kinda strong. I ended up getting sprayed by coffee as I filled my cup. This is a lousy system. Get bigger cups, or slower dispensers, or something! The coffee was however delicious and it made up for the little mess. At $3.50 for a large (more like a medium) it should be decent! The donut I had was good. Not amazing, but good. I will be back earlier in the day to try something else that I really want, instead of settling on whats left before closing. My own fault of course, I don't fault them for being popular! I saved the Bagels for last. Don't come here for bagels. While they do serve egg sandwiches on something they call a bagel, it was actually a roll in the shape of a bagel. The sandwich was great, quick, and fresh. I didn't hate it, but was disappointed with my bread choice. It seems people like the biscuits, I will try one next time. This is the south after all!
