I don't know why it shows as permanently closed on Yelp. We were just here 2 days ago. This is the Market Walk location. They also have a bigger spot right in Downtown that has more to offer. This is in a food hall of some sort. I like that they have say old cookies for $5 for 3 cookies. Unfortunately, you can't really choose what flavors you want. It's all dependent on what was left over from the day before. But they are as good as the fresh baked ones. Come here if you want a less busy place or in the mood for other food options. read more

Believe the hype! This is the cutest little bakery! As soon as I came in and saw that wall adorned with "All are welcome here....except Jolene" and photos of Dolly Parton underneath, I knew this place was not going to disappoint. I tried multiple treats to satisfy my sweet tooth including their berries and cream tart, lemon bar cookie, macarons and cupcakes. Every bite was better than the next. Their baked goods are made with care and layered with flavor. I loved everything. My husband tried their savory spinach artichoke pastry and was nice enough to give me a bite. Boy was I jealous! They warmed it up for him and it was absolutely perfect. Warm, rich flavors with just the right amount of sweet and savory. I could have that for breakfast everyday. Just Baked, located in downtown Paso, is such a wonderful sweet, treat heaven! They have a wide variety of cookies, cupcakes, and other delicious treats. Everyone working is friendly and super helpful, which is always nice. Visited here the first time during the holidays and it was packed inside. They have a good amount of indoor seating which was very convenient. Got a variety pack of cupcakes, cookies and other sweet treats delivered for Christmas and they were all absolutely amazing. This is my second time ordering from this bakery and it's still good :-) Once again, service was speedy and I really appreciated the workers showing me the selection of vegan sweets. I Purchased the vegan and gluten free berry crumble. The bottom layer of crumble is a perfect texture. The top layer of the crumble is moist and tasty. Just baked is one of the few eateries (inside Paso Market Walk) opened a little passed 9am on a Sunday morning. We were looking for breakfast but came by to see what desserts we can pick up on the way home. There were cookies, brownies, rice crispies, lemon bars, apple turnovers, scones, etc. We opted for an oatmeal cookie and a powered lemon bar (last one!) which was soo good! The most amazing bakery for gluten free! I couldn't believe the varieties! This is one of the vendors at Paso market walk food hall. The staff said they should'v had more to choose from?! I wasn't greedy and what I got was already very satisfying and delicious! Not to mention the priced were so good, why gluten free is so expensive in LA! Awesome atmosphere! So cozy and warm specially in a winter night. 2 hot chocolates and 2 chocolate croissants for $17.00. The croissants were not too sweet, perfect balance of sweetness. He and his wife do not like dessert so they were indifferent about the cake. We ordered a small wedding cake for pictures only, and then cut it up for guests. We ordered cupcakes, cookies and the lemon curd cups. At the end of the evening I noticed guests taking to-go plates with what little was left! We saw this place when making our way to the town square & it is some of the best. The maple bacon roll is a must weather trying it once or it becomes a perminent favorite; the maple frosting on top is smooth with tender bacon bits topped on a cinimin roll; decedence at its best. The chocolate toffee cookie is the best; slightly crispy on the outside & chewy on the inside with bits of toffee & wonderful chocolate flavor. My mother loved her gluten free tart. Libby and her team did my desserts for my wedding and they knocked it out of the park! My now hubby has the biggest sweet tooth so this one was a decision he was apart of! I was introduced to this place just recently and I'm in heaven with their pastries. I had a cookie dough cupcake at a wedding many many many years ago and I've dreamed of it ever since, so when I saw this I had to get it and it taste exactly how I remember the one I had over a decade ago not sure where it was from. We have been following and supporting "Just Baked" since its original opening on Paso Walk. In the beginning the pastries and ambience was gravitating, but with time, that aura and taste diminished. Regardless of the unprofessionalism of staff (re: the owner speaking ill-will of her employee regarding their no show) and declining quality of products (re: questionable quality of GF products - macarons sold as GF but had reactions both times they were purchased along with the prevalent number of flies landing on pastries). REGARDLESS of these red flags, we continued to show heartfelt support. Where lies the issue is Libby's pride and ego seems to get in the way. With a recent disappointing and inedible purchase, I was originally going to make a post online regarding my concerns. After seeing Libby's quick-witted responses to previous concerns and her incapacity to take ownership of her mistakes, and continual need to blame the consumer, made me intimidated to even reach out. Nevertheless, I reached out to Libby directly, and boy was that a mistake... A customer voicing a concern should not be met with defensiveness and arrogance. Leslie was unwilling to issue a refund nor try to amicably reach an understanding. It felt that she took my concern as a direct insult, which is why it felt like she retaliated in such a defensive way. I truly wish this business all success in the world, but it is hard to support them, when they treat their locals with such passive aggressive treatment. Sometimes, it's okay to not be "right" all the time. Your local customers appreciate being seen and their complaints heard. Especially with how much these "locals" support you. Very charming bakery in the Paso Market Walk serving up a large range of baked goods including cupcakes, French macarons, cakes, bars, and cookies. Unfortunately, the cupcakes (OMG chocolate, red velvet, funfetti) were admittedly a bit dry and overly sweet while the macaron shells had a "stickiness" in their texture that wasn't very pleasant. On the upside, the flagship chocolate chip cookie was delightful and one of the best I've tasted yet. I asked the staff for some recommendations and as a result I got the flagship chocolate chip cookie and a gooey coconut pecan bar. The pecan bar was good but the flagship chocolate chip cookie was seriously one of the best cookies I've ever had. If nothing else, try this. You won't regret it. I wound up coming back the next day for breakfast and I got a breakfast pastry. The pastry was perfectly flaky and it had flavorful cream cheese, an egg, and chorizo crumbles on top. This bakery knows what's up. Everything I have tried here so far has been delicious. I came and got a 12 pack of mini cupcakes for a girls weekend. A variety of just about every option they had available, and all were yummy. The group favorites were the Cookie Dough, Cookies & Cream and Vanilla Raspberry Almond. Also got a Berry Coffee Cake (Okay, a little dry), a Strawberry Cobbler Bar (TO DIE FOR), a Peanut Brittle Toffee Cookie (Yum), Flagship Chocolate Chip Cookie (YUM), Sprinkled Sugar Cookie (Yum), and an Oatmeal Raisin Cookie (Yum).
