I ended up buying some flower essence and another other calming item, which I didn't know had existed and was happy I was introduced to them by the staff. I will say that I am most impressed and pleased that they fully support rescues and adoptions and we received a "share the love" gift that included some great items like a bag of food that was so generous. Most importantly, he always seemed calm and comfortable after his appointments, which meant a lot to us. The grooming quality was consistently excellent, and we were very happy with the results every time. The only disappointing part was that the location closed without any notice to customers. We were surprised to find out and would have appreciated some communication beforehand. I don't remember if they were scheduled for a bath or not. As it turned out, the owner or manager at the time gave me money back for all or part of the total amount paid. Yesterday, there was another botched exit bath experience. The dogs (one is a husky mix with a double coat) were given to us with apparent baths, since they were soaking wet, but no drying or brushing was done?? My husky took another few hours when we got home to dry and brush and our poodle mix needed another bath since she still had something sticky she ate/drank or rolled in on her face. We paid $85 for both of these exit baths. Not sure why they insist on dogs getting these after 3 or more nights there IF they don't do a good job and have to basically be redone at home. This time, we picked up the dogs after driving 7+ hours home from Arizona. We tried to go back after the first bath experience and they were great a few times, but this time that's it!!! Looking for another place that will take care of my fur babies better!!!
