We ordered two bowls on ubereats and they completely got it wrong for both bowls! There's tons of chilli powder on top of both bowl. One of the bowl is spicy tuna and the other is a Build-Your-Own-Bowl. We didn't select any chilli powder or spicy seasoning. It's absolutely ridiculous that they got both of them wrong. It's not only a flavor issue, but also a safety concern. We know there is some chili in the marinade, but the excessive chilli powder is definitely not right for what they shown in the menu (see the last photo of their menu photo). Besides, the preparation is super slow. We arrived to pick up 30mins after placing the order, way after Ubereats shows the order should be ready. However we still had to wait more than 10mins at the counter. UPDATE: I also left an review on Google map, and the owner replied with their excuse blaming customer not understanding the ingredients. I have ordered exact same item before and know what I'm ordering. I certainly know that the spicy tuna has some chili in the marinade/sauce, but not the EXCESSIVE chilli powder on the top! And for the BYOB, I have ordered exactly same options previously, and there was no such EXCESSIVE chilli powder. I also called their number multiple times before posting the review but no one answered. I also left a voice mail and spelled my phone number, so if they really wanted to make it right, there were lots of ways to contact me. Unfortunately they didn't. They just blamed customer not understanding the ingredients, instead of admitting their mistake. That's ridiculous. Such a disaster response and absolutely no ownership/customer service! Just Poke is one of my favorite lunch spots whenever I'm looking for a fresh poke bowl. The place is always clean, and the vibe is great, making it a pleasant spot to grab a quick meal. Everyone who works there is friendly and very helpful, especially for first-timers. I like that even though they now weigh out portions, you still get a generous amount for the price. I usually get the large build your own bowl and it lasts me 2 meals. I've had one mix-up with a delivery order before, but overall, the quality and experience are great. One of my go to spots in Redmond for a quick meal! I love personalizing my own bowl and impressed with the variety and selection of ingredients. Their sauces are really good too! This is definitely my favorite poke place in the area. The servers are kind and always cautious about my gluten allergy. I do find that now that they weigh the portions you get less than in the past, but I understand the policy. Yummy poke! Definitely do the build your own here, as you can get so many toppings and their selection is really great. They even give crab salad as a side for free and not a protein that you have to choose unlike some other places. I got the spicy tuna and salmon, and I loved both! I really like how the spicy tuna is chunks of tuna, not the mash. The salmon was super fresh and delicious too. My go-to is always half brown rice and half salad as the base, and they did a great job with these as well. Of course I got all the toppings, and finally topped it with the truffle garlic aioli and sesame sauce. I didn't really taste the sesame, but the garlic aioli was delicious. So glad there's a Just Poke location at the Redmond Town Center, an area I frequent. It's always a solid, fulfilling meal at Just Poke, including at this much-needed Redmond location. I've eaten at Just Poke in Redmond a few times, and in my most recent visit, my friend and I met here for lunch after a boxing and lifting class, so really needed some sustenance! At this particular Just Poke, it's located at the Redmond Town Center on the corner, with plenty of parking around. The space is nice, bright and had ample seating on a Saturday for lunch, with many other patrons dining in. Unlike at some other Just Poke locations, this one offers acai bowls. I always build my own large bowl, which comes with three scoops of protein. Prices have increased as is the case with everywhere in the Seattle area, so a large BYOB is about $18 after tax and tip. My favorite protein from here is the Hawaiian ahi tuna, which is marinated with seasonings and onions. They also offer a seasonal protein, and if you see the spicy salmon, this one is just like the spicy tuna they normally have. I'd love to try their torched bowl one of these days, particularly the salmon torched bowl because seared salmon is my absolute fav! Next time! This is a good spot for poke in Redmond with helpful staff, plenty of healthy options and poke that's delicious. It's impressive that this location stays open. To go orders are constantly stolen and the staff has been here too long to be as flustered as they are. There is zero point to order ahead because to go orders are set aside for in-house customers. Old rice and stale seaweed is used for the musubi and bowls. This #thankyouthursday I'm giving a shoutout to one of my favorite local chains: Just Poke. With locations in alllll the places I like to go, Just Poke is a frequent lunch (or dinner) stop for me when I'm out and about. Their poke is fresh, they have a TON of variety of toppings, mix-ins, and sauces, and I can get as much (or as little) as I want. I like to say their bowls are created "Subway-style", as you walk down a line of ingredients and let your poke-maker know which you'd like in your bowl. My favorite is the 3-protein bowl over sushi rice, with ahi, spicy ahi, and salmon. Topped with a variety of tasty toppings and a double scoop of their yummmmy crab salad. I especially like this Redmond Town Center location for its convenience to so many of the places I find myself in the course of a day's work. There's usually parking nearby, and even though it can get pretty busy during the lunch rush the employees are always quick, efficient, and friendly. Bonus points for their spam musubi. It's also delish and a quick grab-and-go snack if I know I have to make the long drive home before I can eat my poke bowl. read more

I am a frequent customer and have been in here to order so many times, and too many times have I come to order and see their front workers struggling, like tonight, to take orders while the management just laughs and giggles in the back and doesn't lift a finger to help. I understand in the restaurant industry things happen, but this happens way too many times for this to be a coincidence on the management part even after talking to someone on the phone about it and her telling me that I didn't understand what was going on, but I see it all the time so yes, I do. I don't blame the people in the front because they are juggling online orders and people piling in the door meanwhile their management doesn't help and it is awful. I've been a loyal customer of Just Poke for over 8 years, starting with their downtown Bellevue location that I used to visit several times a week when my office was nearby. I've noticed the quality and portion size slide over the past few years. I am especially annoyed by the portion size of the salad greens base. I used to choose Just Poke as a healthier, lower carb option, but lately with how few greens they put in the bowl, I'm starving after and end up making unhealthy choices when I'm hungry! The servers used to fill the bowls up with greens and now they put in only a small handful. Additionally, I noticed that the servers are spending so much time trying to get the portion sizes exactly right that the line moves so slowly. I've seen them put a topping in, then take out half, then put in another bit, then take more out! This is just a waste of everyone's time as well as a cross contamination hazard! read more

Having just come back from Hawaii, I was disappointed at the quality of the fish, serving size, and the overall quality of the food, compared to what I experienced around Oahu. The service size of the poke was relatively small and while there were a bunch of options to "add" to the poke experience, it felt like it was a mild distraction to make you not think about the amount of fish that you weren't getting. The fish itself (and sauces) were okay. Again, having just come back from Hawaii, I finished my meal feeling rather unsatisfied. I used to come here during lunch as a healthier option/alternative to other places in the area, and I think it still hits that mark. Service (1/5): Pickup orders are usually available in a timely manner, so the service efficient, but it sometimes feels a bit unfriendly, and when they are busy, you sometimes have to wait for someone to free up to hand you your order. Have to drop a couple of stars (from 3) because it seems like they overhauled their online ordering system from a proprietary one to one based on DoorDash. In the process, it seems like I lost my rewards in the process and I'm unable to collect rewards. In addition, I'm no longer able to specify allergies because the online system doesn't accept special requests. This is a major downgrade to the customer experience. Ran into this place while looking for a Poke place in the Bellevue/Redmond area. It wasn't very busy when we walked in and there is a large public garage right next door which makes parking easy. We picked the Hawaiian to keep the order simple; we did add an extra protein because we were sharing. Other than that the service was decent and we got our bowl without any issues. Although the bowl can get pricey for what you get, it tasted very good. Very clean and spacious with an easy parking lot kitty corner from the front door. Only wish the extra toppings were improved... edamame seemed stale and pickled cucumbers tasted like straight vinegar. Our group loved the compostable bowls and waste stream (you have to compost compostable utensils as they won't break down as intended in regular trash) as well as the transparent fish sourcing.
