I am 53 years old. Previously I have only not eaten one meal because it was so bad. That was a sea cucumber chopped up in front of me in South Korea. The meal I got from this place was the second meal to fall into my uneaten history. It was a cold chopped chicken soup. I thought it would at least be warm. 3 years later - returned to grab a vegan chipotle wrap. It was/is very tasty and filling. The employees work like a well oiled machine it was super busy but they are very efficient. They have a nice entree + drink combo so I opted for that. The only con was there is a BO odor that is unpleasant. Maybe some open window or air purifier would solve. The place wasn't dirty or anything I think just volumes of crowd/foot traffic etc read more

I have been a patron to this eatery for months now. I have come in and gave them my money many times. The food is OK, but i cannot help but comment on how lackluster they are when it comes to customer service. The guy who took my order yesterday seemed like he was in a bad mood and decided to take it out on me. After deciding that I wanted it to-go instead of to stay, he slammed the plate back into the pile with no remorse whatsoever. That immediately upset me and I wanted to address that and confront him, but I only had a few minutes left for lunch and decided to overlook it despite the attitude he was giving me. Will not be going back there anytime soon. To have someone like that deal with customers is crazy to me. I can't believe that. read more

I ordered from DoorDash from this location with ~10 minutes left to order on the app bc they were closing. My dasher contacted me that the store had given my order away to someone else and refused to remake my order. They told me I needed to cancel my order because they wanted to close the store rather than fixing the mistake they made in giving the incorrect order to another person. I had to wait to connect with DoorDash support because if I cancelled I would be charged the $20 cost of the order. Really bizarre way to handle customer service. read more

I really enjoyed the salad I got from here! So this location is on the second floor right in the indoor pathway from Newport path to Newport mall. You can either create your own salad or choose a premade salad. I got the Seared Ahi Tuna Salad with the miso ginger vinaigrette dressing. It comes with spinach, and edamame carrot slaw, and crunchy onions. My friends have gotten the winter harvest salad and said it's really good too. Can't wait to come back here and try more salads! read more

The food is good but it produces so much waste. Over lunch with a friend today, we threw away 8 pieces of plastic and 6 pieces of paper! The bowls, lids, cutlery, cups are all plastic. The recycling is only for cans and bottles. Healthy eating should address the negative impact of the wasteful packages. I wouldn't mind paying more for biodegradable options. Also, everyone eating in the restaurant - including us - was given a paper bag. I don't understand why we were given a bag, because we didn't need it or use it (we said we were eating in). read more

I ordered a Tex Mex salad and added a lot of extras. I was charged for the extras but when my food arrived my salad was not a Tex Mex but instead it had only the extras in it. Good salad. Got tuna salad for lunch since if was Good Friday (no meat today). This was my 1st time there, I actually like it. BofA had 10% off so I decided to try. They have great numbers of different salads. It was made with very fresh ingredients. Went there at 11:45am so I can avoid lunch crowd. I would go back there again. read more

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. Their operations are flimsy at best. For the last 2 weeks my orders have either been cancelled within the last 5 minutes, delivery was sent to the wrong address or the entire meal was incorrect. In my last encounter it was the entire meal being incorrect. Here is a timeline to give you a better visual - 1. Order the wrap at 11:30 am, wrap gets delivered at 12:30 2. Notice the wrap has corn and garbanzo beans in it, which I didn't order 3. Takes me 15-20 minutes to connect with "Guest Services". They tell me they'll put in a remake order. 4. 1.5hrs go by with no delivery. Call Just Salad again. There is no record of the of the new order in their system. They call the location who said the remake was handed off to grubhub. Just Salad can't provide any new order id # with this. GrubHub has no record of the new order either. 5. Call customer service again. Before they can let me finish she diverts my call to another department. I am on hold for another 20 minutes. 6. Currently on the phone with them for the 6th time today. 4 hours in from placing my original order. I was a loyal customer who orders probably 2-3x week. This is the kind of poor service that turns people away. Do better. read more

The food is always great but the personnel is very unprofessional, and not ethical. The policy always changes for essential workers 10% discount. You can tell that the personnel is always side-eyeing their customers, and personally won't come back here again because I always feel personally attacked by the staff. This is my favorite thing to order for lunch. I probably order it two or three times a week. Consistently my order is incorrect when ordered from the app. I have written customer service three times with no response. So frustrating to look forward to some thing and have it arrive with no dressing or with the wrong dressing or with the wrong ingredients. Very disappointing. No dressing again today! read more

We are visiting from Florida. This place is located right outside Newport Center Mall, and what's better that a salad after a long day of shopping... The location us absolutely stunning!!! You can see the views of the city from the lobby. And boy the salads were so filling and tasty. I ordered the crispy chicken poblano. The cute bubbly girl at the counter recommended it. My husband ordered the chicken fajita bowl. We dined in and enjoyed the view. Definitely enjoyed this establishment, and so sad there isn't one in Ft. Myers Fl.. Great management as well. Hi there. After a hard day of work and frustration I was angry and cranky. So I'll decide take my lunch break and I was thinking about something light like salad. Them I remember about Just Salad near to my place of work in Newport. My mood changes at the minute that I get inside the store, seeing all crew members and the manager working harder than me and all of them we're happy helping customers and each other parking orders. Marwa Approaches with the nicest attitude and asked me if I was ready to order? I did ask her which it was better a Chicken Caesar salad or pick 2, I got suggest for a pick 2 . I ordered 6 salads here on a Sunday via their app. The order went through. Drove 20 minutes out of my way just to find they were closed. But don't worry they put the $80 I spent on those 6 salads as a credit on my account as opposed to on the credit card I used. Wow that is so useful. I've never been to this location and there aren't other ones around me so why would I want it on my account? read more

The Chick'n Sandwich had a nice texture and definitely had a spicy kick to it. It came with their special sauce, lettuce, tomato and pickles. It was pretty good and paired nicely with the Crab Fries. I'll probably go with another menu item next time I visit, however. As for the Crab Fries, they were crispy and covered with an Old Bay-type seasoning. They were slightly salty but still flavorful. I also think the fries would go perfectly with a vegan aioli on the side! I tried the Black Bean Burger, which was absolutely delicious. It's a little soft and gooey with the mayo and caramelized onions, it definitely worth it and quite filling. Can't wait to try the things on the menu.
