They ran diagnostics and let me know the items they found. I had known most of them but did not expect it to run in the tens of thousands. We planned on making initial repairs to gift the car to my daughter but we're contemplating if it was worth to do the repairs or just buy a different car. After talking about the cost and what it needed to get done, we decided to go forward with the repairs. They were willing to work with us which I really appreciated. I spoke to the owner, he made me feel comfortable with the work that needed to be done and was confident it was going to run as good as new. There was some time getting the parts in that delayed the completion of the repairs however, we were not in any rush. To get started, we paid half of it upfront and paid the balance upon completion. I must say, my Toyota Corolla works just as I remember when we got it. I highly recommend Bob's Auto For their workmanship and communication.

Leo and the guys took my car, looked at it in a timely manner, and I found out that the brakes were fine but that the brakes had air bubbles or something in or around them and that the guys had to beat the bubbles out. More importantly, I found out that my radiator was leaking. I wasn't happy to hear that. I am currently investing in something and don't have extra money to spare... I kept asking them how important is it that I replace my leaking radiator (I didn't want to do it lol). I kept asking them, it is urgent, is it dire, must I??? They advised me yes... that if I don't replace my leaking radiator that it could inevitably mess up my engine which would create an even bigger problem. So... I agreed, they also texted me pictures of my car and the radiator. I fixed it and they got it done for me in one day. At the end of everything, he charged me SUCH a fair and discounted price for the radiator and the brakes... such a fair price. I'm just so thankful. Living here alone is not easy, usually my dad from back home would help me out... but I am out here alone and I am just glad I finally found a place I trust and a family owned place. When I used to live in San Mateo and Palo Alto I used to go to the Pep boys... but the service there was so bad. I'm thankful I found a shop in the city now that I can turn to!!

We met with Jessie and her manager, Son. Not wanting to waste anyone's time, we were uptront about the car we were looking for, the budget we had in mind, and the options we were willing to compromise on. They assured us they would work hard to make it happen. They took the time to answer all of our questions, explain the process clearly, and make us teel comfortable every step of the way. And they truly worked their magic-they helped make our dream a reality, and my husband and I couldn't be happier. We were able to take home the exact car we wanted! Buying a car can be stressful, but when you work with the right people like Jessie and Son, the experience becomes enjoyable. We felt confident that they were giving us the best deal possible and presenting additional options that were genuinely in our best interest. Overall, it was an outstanding experience. If we ever decide to buy another car, we will definitely return to Acura San Fra sco and work with Jessie and Son again. We visited many dealerships during our search, and this one definitely stood out from the rest. One of the biggest advantages right off the bat was their great selection, and the fact that both Honda and Acura are under the same roof. We were debating between a Honda Pilot and an Acura MDX, and being able to compare both brands and work everything out in one place made the entire process so much easier and more convenient. Our sales rep, Lis, was truly outstanding. She works with both Acura and Honda, which was a huge plus for us during our decision-making process. On top of that, she speaks both English and Spanish, which makes her accessible and helpful to even more families. From start to finish, she was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and never pushy. She guided us through every step of the sales process (and beyond) with patience and clarity. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly so we felt confident in our purchase. We also wanted to add some accessories to our new car, and Lis went above and beyond coordinating with the parts and accessories department, asking all the right questions, and making sure we got exactly what we wanted. Even after we purchased the car, I had what felt like a million follow-up questions, and she never once brushed us off. She was responsive, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure we were completely comfortable and happy with our decision. Her manager, Van, was equally impressive. He was friendly, transparent, and actually came to our desk to work out the final numbers with us no disappearing "behind the curtain like the Wizard of Oz." That level of openness and approachability made a big difference. To wrap everything up, Daniella in finance was fantastic. She walked us through every document we signed, explained everything clearly, and made sure all our questions were answered. She was professional, patient, and easy to talk to no pressure, no awkwardness. Overall, this was a top-tier experience from start to finish. When we're ready for our next vehicle, we will absolutely start here again and we will most definitely be referring Lis and her team to our friends and family. Highly recommend!
