It's that time of year, smog! I came across this spot by the good reviews. Was welcomed instantly, explained prices etc & to smog they went. The whole process between signing the paperwork & the smog itself took a total a 9min! Could not be any happier. Thank you guys for being quick and efficient! Had to get a older truck (1995 Chevy Silverado) smogged and a lot of places could not do it - Just Smog could!!! This is one of the cleanest smog and/or auto mechanic places that I have ever been to which made waiting a much better experience. There also have more competitive prices that a lot of other smog place. Super friendly staff and can tell it is a family business which I love supporting. I will be coming here for all future smog needs!!!

I come to this location all the time when my car needs smog. They open up at 8 am on Saturday's. I pulled up 5 minutes before 8 am. First come first serve basis. You don't need an appointment. The lady in front was nice. She had me fill out paperwork. She said it was $57 if my car passed smog and $48 if it doesn't. Thankfully my car did. I have been trying to take care of my car. I'm glad it passed smog. All I have to pay is the registration. It was pretty fast. They take cash and Visa but no checks. There are chairs inside while you wait. However there are no public restrooms. There were also magazines on the tables near the chairs as you wait. I definitely will be back if my car needs another smog. Thanks guys!

I've actually been here a few times, but before Yelp was around. This place is fast and on it, which is why I keep coming back. Their price for a smog is also reasonable and a little less than some others around here. The lady in front who handles the administrative stuff is so sweet and the gentleman who runs the tests is nice. I'll keep coming back and refer them if anyone asks. read more

I have been coming to this business for almost 20 years.i bring three of my vehicles plus my dad's car every two years and would never ever consider going anywhere else. This is a very nice and well maintained family run operation. They do test only so no worries about pushing auto repair service. I believe you do get one free re-test if it fails but i have been lucky to have always passed.Dan is owner/operator and he usually has an assistant so they are able to do 2 vehicles at the same time.The nice lady at the desk is Dan's mom who will do the paper work and let you know cost for your vehicle.I have been to other places before Just Smog but this place is where i go and refer anyone i know to go and get their smog check. read more

Was looking to get a smog check on my car and the place I normally go to was close. Being Saturday after 3 pm I was not sure if I would find a place that would be open. I drove by this place, not knowing it was even there. They seemed opened but looked like they were cleaning up for the day. I still pulled in to ask if they can do a smog on my car and the guy told me yes. They took my car immediately and I was out of there in 10 mins. read more

I have been going here for 6 plus years with the same exact car with the same exact cold air intake without a problem. Most recent time they said my car had been modified and would not pass me. Passed at BJ's on Broadway. Cost me time and money, will not be taking my 3 cars back there! read more

I've been coming here for years. They've always been fast and accurate. I've never spent enough time to warm up the chair or let alone go next door for a snack or drink. I'm in and out in 15-30 minutes. They also don't charge a lot which makes it even better! read more

Went here today for my smog check. They have a quick and easy process. Their pricing is very reasonable and only $56 and 15 minutes later I was on my way. I will be coming here for my smog checks from now on. They are very friendly! 5 stars!! read more

Wow! I've Never been to a smog check place like this one before! I was greeted by the warmest receptionist! I was in and out of there in less than 30 mins. They don't up sell or cross sell you anything. It IS really "JUST SMOG!" These people are professional and honest. I will send all my friends and family there. read more

These folks lost my car keys! To add insult to injury they were very rude about it. It's a shame because I've been coming to this place for years. If they had been more gracious about it, I could have dealt with that but not the attitude I got for their screw up. I hope they learn from this and improve upon their customer service skills. As for me, I'll be going elsewhere and keeping a close eye on what they do with my keys. read more

Too expensive. Also would not test my Mustang 'Bullitt' because they said it had been modified aftermarket. I told them the Bullitt was a special edition factory modified GT. They said that was not true. Not very smart. I took the car to another smog inspector and got it done cheaper without the hassle. read more

Went in today. No problems. Easy In. Easy Out. $56 bucks. The place is definitely no frills with no coffee or anything in the small waiting room but that is what Starbucks is for. I was out of there in 15 minutes like everyone else. Thank you. read more

My family has been going to this business for years. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience the other day. I drive an older vehicle, and apparently there is a problem with the engine control monitors that I wasn't aware of. The technician was extremely rude when he came to tell me my car failed. I explained what was done to prepare the car and he accused me of saying he purposely "failed" the car. I made no such accusation! If I didn't have a free retest I wouldn't go back there, and we will no longer patronize this business. read more

It's easy to find, right across the street from the police station. I drove up without an appointment, and there was nobody ahead of me. Just the luck of the draw. The service technician releived me of my keys, and informed me there is a waiting room in the rear of the building. The waiting room itself is not exactly eye candy, but there are two sofas available. There is also a large service viewing window for those who like to see what's happening to their car. (I am one of them). After about 20 minutes, the certification was completed and I paid the $60 fee, plus a charge for the privilege of using a credit card. I have only taken my automatic there. They have a pretty good place to replace while you wait. They have cable tv, hot chocolate, coffee, and tea. Oh and little snacks. Try to get there when it opens, because the fill up fast. Now their web site says, if you don't pass they will help you figure out what is wrong. Well they really don't. They will say, go have it fixed and come back. They do give you a second chance to pass it. They also let you loan a OBD if you have none readable codes. This is refunded when you bring it back. Two things I recommend before going. Do not unplug you battery, if you have a car that has many electronic components. If you do this, and you don't allow drive time. Their system will not be able to read all your codes. Second, if you have issues with your Cat. Such as P0420. Cat Cleaner from auto store will probably fix it. Do that a week before you smog if you can One con, is that is a little pricey. Smog check is $68.

So easy & the staff was very nice & courteous. Thought I'd give this place a chance & will use it again.
