Needed a smog on my little zoom zoom and came in. Unfortunately in my hurry to get it done I forgot that I had just changed my battery and it wouldn't pass until I drove a while. So I came back the next week after having driven and paid 30 dollars for the retest. Passed! Don't get me started on California laws. Service was fast and friendly and efficient. I went for a SMOG test for my Toyota Rav 4. It failed the test because the battery had been disconnected and monitors failed to register. Ok been there done that. They still charged $51.75. They told me to return and for $20 bucks they would do it again. Also, they have a coupon online for $10 discount but they wouldn't accept it because it wasn't printed out. Came again about weeks later. Price was now $30, presented coupon and they wouldn't accept it! Spent another $30 to purchase again. So $81.75!!! Will never return. read more

This was the first time getting my own smog done, and I was literally in and out in 10 minutes. Friendly service. $50 bucks after the $10 coupon that is on their website (print it out!). They also sell local honey from a guy who has his own bees which was cool. If using a credit card you pay a 3.5% fee so bring cash if you don't want to pay that. read more

UPDATE! Just as great, if not better, than my last visit! The young men working there were very polite and efficient. I didn't have an appointment but they were able to take my car in immediately. I barely sat down in the waiting area when they pronounced my car done! Everything is sent electronically to the DMV so that I don't have to physically take the paperwork in. Price was super fair. My dad went a few days ago and had horrible service. The young guy in the office was nice, which made my dad stay but the older guy who performed the smog was rude, claimed he couldn't read something some numbers he needed for the test. My dad offered to clean it and the guy said it was "IMPOSSIBLE to read it." Still charged half the price. My dad took it to another place and the worker found and read it easy, passed smog. First visit to Just Smog It. Service was fairly quick for my 2005 vehicle. Was finished within 1-hour, but wait would depend on how many other customers are ahead of you. There are about 7 chairs in the waiting area. There's a K-cup coffee machine, but I didn't see if it worked or if K-cup pods were available. With a $10 discount coupon, the price was reasonable. Went to Just Smog It today to get a smog test. I had read some of the reviews here about the business which impressed me, so I decided I would give them a try. Big mistake! The young guy sitting behind the desk in a hoodie was extremely unprofessional and rude. I knew I had walked into the wrong busy when I saw how the desk guy was treating the person in line in front of me. Well, I ended up cancelling the job because of the very rude attitude. No way am I going to support a business that will treat its customers like they are a nuisance.
