Most recently, they told us our tire could not be patched, but a different provider patched it right up! Our daughter, a new driver, got a repair quote that was 50% more than her savvy dad. When we got a tire fixed (at an expensive price because of the convenience and we still thought we could trust them) they didn't check the pressure in the other three tires. I mean, Just Tires you have ONE JOB! And a couple years ago they put the wrong size tires on our car. And I get that mistakes happen. But we had to do more work than we should have had to in order to fix it. We hadn't posted until now because the location was closest to us and we didn't want to burn our closest location, but after our last experience, we will have our car towed rather than go here. read more

This shop is shady. I reluctantly came to this shop because it was the only shop that was open later in the evening, and I had to go to work early the next morning. I had a puncture that looked easy enough to plug, as it was not in the sidewall. This shop said my tires were checked, and they couldn't fix the puncture. Basically forcing me to buy new tires. I was in a tight spot with no other alternatives, so I bought 4 new tires. But now I was tied to this shop for rotating, rebalancing, and alignment. When I brought my car in later on for a tire rotation, they said that my struts were bad. Looking at how long those parts are supposed to last on the internet and manual, and never having replaced them on this car, I went ahead and decided to trust that they needed replacement. When doing my struts, they later called and told me I needed to also do the lower control arms, as the rubber bushings were cracked, and worn. So I went all in and had them replace them. In hindsight I guess I should've looked to see if new shiny parts were on my car, but I trusted that the expensive work I just paid for had been done professionally. Well recently I tried a new shop from a friend referral, and had very specific things I wanted done. The new shop looked over my vehicle, and lo and behold my lower control arms needed replacing! I told the new shop I just had them replaced by Just Tires, and they said that the parts on my car looked to be the original factory parts, and the nuts on the bolts holding the lower control arms appeared to not have any shine from a wrench ever touching them to loosen them. So in there opinion I paid Just Tires for replacement lower control arm assemblies with labor, and they never put the parts on my car. This shop is beyond disappointing. They stole from me. Don't ever go to this shop. They are thieves and liars. With this shop being suspect, I don't even want to try to start the process of trying to get my money back. I would imagine they wouldn't even consider it. read more

I have been to this location several times but have still never actually gotten a service from them- I just went today and had the same experience. First time I came, it was because the hours listed on Google were incorrect and I came in a few minutes after they closed thinking I would have an hour. Today, I had to get a spare tire and 2 front tires replaced. I had to get towed because my spare was flat. They told me replacing the two tires would be roughly $450, $540 with protection, have no spare and would be ready in 2-3 hours. Immediately find many more options all within 8 miles. Americas tires is going to replace all three tires for $350 AND do it immediately. Even if I'm still being overcharged, the time requirement is worth it. This is the third time I've had this exact situation happen here. Just Tires, it appears to me, is preying on the elderly and uninformed. I assume they ate solely reliant on the support by the affluent area nearby most of which is elderly. Really need to change something about this situation. read more

I went in today with a nail in my tire and asked them to patch it, their response was that these specific tires aren't patchable... it's not my first time having this brand and have been able to get it patched before. The guy was extremely rude "there's nothing I can do that's the policy" I went across the street and the guy looked at it and said well take care of it this is patchable. Ripped off my husband and lied to him when he needed a new tire after having a blow out on the freeway. 1) We refused the warranty but it was not removed. 2) He was told it was required to buy tires in sets when it is not. Did not let him pick what tires to install, only gave him a range of what they can be. 3) The invoice doesn't even make sense as it has BOTH the warranty and the warranty denied. I could go into detail but these are the bullet points. Went over to our trusted America's Tire in our city and even they were confused. Within 100 miles of changing the tires, all the tire pressure sensors went dead. Two of them came off the rim and started rolling around inside the tire and making weird noises. I asked the same shop that changed the tires to fix it, but they said it was done by someone who had recently left, and charged me for the repairs. It was a ridiculous experience. read more

Absolutely horrible service. Brought my girlfriends wheel & tire to get a patch 2 hours before they close and was told I couldn't get it done until tomorrow. Meanwhile her car is sitting in a parking lot on a Jack while she's at work. He said they only had 1 tire tech and he was unable to do it as there was another car in. Very rude, did not want to help whatsoever. Said they actually close at 7, when the hours online say 8???? No wonder they have 2.5 stars. My son and I went to Just Tires in La Canada Flintridge, Ca on 2/18/2024 at 4:55 pm due to a right front flat tire on my son's car. It took them a long time to check on the car even though we were the only customer. The manager, Mr. Alexander Medina talked to us and said that the flat tire is damaged and needs to be replaced. I agreed to have it replaced and even added to replace the other front tire to make it even for better handling but he was insisting that we buy 4 tires. When I declined to buy 4 tires and instead purchase only 2 since I was planning on replacing the car his demeanor changed. He told us that he cannot help us and go across the street to the Firestone tire store and have the tire service done there. This shocked us since we have been their long time customer for over a decade with our 3 cars. We didn't want to argue with him and requested to just put air in the flat tire so we can find another remedy. He refused and said to call a tow truck since he cannot release the car as is. We thought he was getting ridiculous and we told him we will drive the car flat if he doesn't want to help us and report him to the management. He shoved us his calling card and said go ahead. Noting that the situation is escalating we drove off with my son's car with a flat tire and went to the nearby gas station to put air. i reported him to Just Tires customer service the following day to a guy named Bruce and he made a complaint report #1889647 and asked for my phone number and said a district manager will call me. The District Manager never called me but my wife got a call from Mr. Alexander Medina a few days later and told my wife for me to call him which I didn't since he was very rude and disrespectful to me and my son during the encounter and was expecting a call from the district manager instead. Yesterday, Apr 29, 2025, 72 days later, I followed up with Bruce from customer service and told him that I haven't received a call from the district manager yet and instead my wife got a call from Mr. Alexander Medina. He said he forgot to to give my cell number to Mr. Alexander Medina and he must have gotten my wife's cell number from the customer records. I told him to tell Mr. Alexander Medina not to call my wife and call me instead. Bruce told me he will call Mr. Alexander Medina as soon as we hang up. Mr. Alexander Medina called me later but I was on a business call and missed it but I called him back. He said why am I calling and told him that I am just returning his call and Bruce said you wanted to talk about complaint # 1889647. He said he couldn't remember since it's been a long time already and I asked him why he called my wife instead of me. He said he got my wife's cell number from the customer records since I wasn't answering (I never got a call and cell records will prove it!) I asked him what he was calling me for but he started getting argumentative and disrespectful. I told him I didn't want to continue tskiing to him if he continued being rude and wouldn't let me talk. He stopped talking and hang up the phone on me. I reported this incident to Customer relations representative Stephanie right away since Bruce was not available and said a district manager will call me. Until today, April 30, 2025, 72 days after the incident, I am still waiting for a call from the Just Tires District Manager. I hope no other customer experiences what we did from this facility and especially the rude manager, Mr. Alexander Medina just for a flat tire! read more

Requested wheel balancing and alignment appointment online. Tech not onsite, had to leave the car over night. Got a call next day I was told balancing would be about 100. I was asked to buy a 3 year alignment, declined. Was told it was going to be 189 for alignment. Picked up the car, was charged over 300 and was almost on my way when I asked for the alignment print out. Alignment was not done. Refund now cannot be processed. I've been at the store for 30 minutes now. I wonder if I should pay for balancing. Was it even done? I stopped coming here 10 years ago. Now I remember why. read more

Avoid at all costs. They'll never plug any tires; there's always an excuse. They refused to plug tires for two separate cars of mine; but magically, shops up the street did it for me. They will always try to sell you 2 or 4 new tires, and the prices are nearly 50% more than market. There's a reason why the lot is always empty! read more

this company is SLOW and always finds "problems" to charge more. went in for a free tire rotation. even with a 9:30am appointment, it took 70 minutes before they put my car on the lift. had a slow leak in one of the tires. they said a nail punctured the side wall and was unrepairable but they wouldn't show me the tire. It was a brand new tire and could easily be fixed but the big guy inside came out and made all kinds of excuses that this tire is not repairable without even testing the tire and inspecting the interior . He wanted me to buy ONE new tire for $350 instead ! ? Went up the street to their competitor and they fixed it in no time , with no hassle and no up-sale tactics. Honestly, I had a much better experience the last time I came here, but I was told that the Manager, Jose, who helped me the last time is no longer with the company. The Manager who closed out my transaction today was very short and rude toward me. He was unable to answer my questions about my car repairs, and he was not very friendly. Also, I was feeling really dehydrated and took 2 water bottles from the fridge to help me feel better, but the Manager on duty snapped at me and told me that I am only allowed one water bottle. Any other mechanic shop has never deprived me of water like that. The prices here are decent, and I would like to come back so I can save money, but I am hoping that the next time, I will have a much better experience. read more

I've gotten my tires filled twice here and both times were way too complicated for what I would consider a simple ask. The second time was the final straw and I won't be doing any business there. They don't charge for filling tires but I always make sure to tip for their help and services. I've also gotten tires replaced there on numerous occasions but never again. The first time I got my tires refilled here they were the wrong PSI. I told the guy who did it that it was the wrong PSI and he did not believe me. I left only to return with researched evidence of the right PSI. He fixed it. No big deal. Second time I got my tires filled here was problematic. The guy filled the tires and the car immediately felt like a lopsided boat. My tire gauge had different PSIs in each of the tires (41, 38, 30, 29). He told me it would "even out" after a few drives. I decided to believe him. Returned and he did some fancy checks and said he thought my tire gauge was broken. Had nothing to do with his work, he said... I believed him and a few weeks later I went to a different mechanic and told him the story. He checks my tires and he tells me the gauge was CORRECT!!! And the tires were in fact all different air PSI levels due to the guy who filled them incorrectly. Once he fixed it my car was working just fine! My car was running awful for weeks for the most trivial reason. If they don't know how to fill tires then don't do it. You would think given their line of work they would be able to do this with their eyes closed but no. read more

Was shopping around for trailer tires for two trailers (total of 8 tires). I called Just Tires and got pricing for a set of tires and then asked if they price match and was told yes. I asked if they price match tire rack and they said yes. Then when they saw the price advertised on tire rack for the tires I wamted, it was "oh we don't price match wharehouse pricing, has to be another tire shop". Ok so I drive into the store and bring in a competitors quote and then it was "oh this is not a quote". So I ask what does the quote need to look like or what information does it need? The response " well it has to have your information such as your name and address on the printout". So I explain that I have never done business with that other tire shop, so they didn't have my info to insert into the customer info field and that this was the print out that was given when I asked for a pricing. After I convinced him that this was indeed a quote he said he needed to make a phone call. He then goes in the back and a few moments later comes back and says "we only price match tires that are in stock, and I called the other shop and they don't have them". Hey Just Tires - You can simply say we don't price match instead giving people the runaround. Needless to say the shop that "didn't have it in stock" ordered the tires to arrive at end of the week. read more

A surprising level of dishonesty. I should have written this up earlier, but earlier this summer I had a slow leak in a tire so I took it in to Just Tires in La Canada. I was told there was a screw or nail in the tire. Then I was told 1. the tire could not be repaired as the screw was not close enough to the center of the tire. 2. Actually I should get all tires replaced. 3. If I didn't get 4 new tires this could have a negative effect on my transmission. I took the car to another dealer who said, "yeah, the hole was not far from the center so it was an easy repair." They rotated my tires and sent me on my way. No problems since then. I'm guessing Just Tires managers are paid salary plus commission, so they will say anything to get a big sale. See similar reviews below. read more

Left my car with them at 8 AM for a brake Job. I told them I needed the car back by 4. The Manager assured me that it will be done before 4. Fast forward to 4:33... yes I am writing this while waiting. My Jeep is still hanging with no tires on. Apparently they are missing parts to finish the job. Needless to say I'm not coming back. Don't waste your time with this location. I called and asked when they are closing and the lady that answered the phone said 8pm. I asked if I can bring my car in to change the tires and specifically told her that I have my own tires, she said sure they can mount them on but I need to get there before 5pm. I rushed home from work to pick up my classic car which I bought white wall tiers for and made it to there location at 4:30pm. When i arrived , there were two techs standing around twirling their thumbs. I parked my car and went inside to get started. The gentleman helping confirmed that I was the one who called in earlier and I said yes. He started inputting my information in so they can get started when suddenly one of the techs from outside came in and called him to the side. I waited for a few minutes while they were talking in the other room and then the tech approached me and said how can I help you? I was confused . I told him that the gentleman was inputting my information in, he suddenly stoped me and said " I'm the manger and we cant put your tires on because of liability issues" . "We don't mount tires on if they were not purchased through us". I was just in shock and disbelief. I asked him why I was not told this over the phone and his response was that the lady that answered the phone is new and she didn't know. Complete lie!! When the lady answered the phone, she put me on hold and went and confirmed with the tech if this could be done. I just feel like they just didn't want to work. Bad management here. 100 % INCOMPETENT! On 03/04/2025 I went to "Just Tires" mechanics in their Pasadena shop, for a simple oil and filter change. After the service was done by mechanic Albert, I paid and left. Because I am an experienced driver, I immediately pulled over my car outside their parking lot in order to check the oil level and its clarity, to make sure they really did the job. To my astonishment, The oil cap was missing and oil was splattered all over the engine under the hood! I immediately drove back slowly and told Albert what happened. He found the engine oil cap on his shelf where he left it, cleaned the engine and topped it up with the oil gone from the splattering. It took him about 15 minutes to do that inside the shop where I was not allowed to go in nor see his work. The next day my engine warning light was on on the car's control panel. I immediately suspected that mechanic Albert not only left the oil cap off ON PURPOSE but he may have also TAMPERED with my engine. Perhaps put something in it (for example small nails, chemicals etc..?). Same day I went back and complained again to assistant manager Yadira M. who refused to help me in any way, including calling her boss to discuss my problem. After a lengthy argument she finally had a mechanic do a 2 minute diagnostic test of the light on the control panel and she called store manager Juan. I spoke to Juan on the phone asking him to pay for a full, independent diagnostic of my engine. Not only did he refuse, he was also border-line rude and very patronizing. He only offered a refund of $83 for the oil change. He also said their 2 minute diagnosis showed that the engine light on the panel had nothing to do with any engine tampering, which of course is impossible to tell without a full engine check-up. It is worth noting that if I didn't check the oil job immediately, ALL engine oil would have disappeared resulting in car engine's TOTAL LOSS ( over $10,000 damage) or worse, an accident! ALL I got back is $83 and lots of attitude! read more
