Before finding him, I had been told by other providers that filler was the answer for the unevenness under my eyes. Unfortunately, it only made things worse. After consulting with Dr. Joseph, I finally understood that what I actually needed was a lower blepharoplasty--not filler. That surgery completely refreshed my appearance while still looking incredibly natural. Friends would tell me I looked well-rested, and I honestly felt like I looked 10 years younger. As I approached 43, I noticed my upper eyelids had begun resting on my lash line. My eyes constantly looked tired, and my makeup routine had gone from about 7 minutes to nearly 30 because I was trying so hard to make my eyes look more open and awake. I knew it was time to go back to Dr. Joseph for an upper blepharoplasty. Just like my first experience, everything was exceptional.
