I'm about 8 weeks post-op from a breast augmentation with Dr. Smith, and the entire experience and my results have exceeded my expectations in every way. From the initial consultation, to pre-op, surgery day, and all post-op visits - it has genuinely been a 100/10 experience. Dr. Smith was actually my first consult. Even though I wanted to book surgery immediately after he and Cathy spent nearly an hour and a half with my husband and me, I had already paid for two additional consults and felt I should attend them. Honestly, thank goodness Dr. Smith was my first because the other two surgeons likely would have scared me away from the procedure altogether. Dr. Smith stood out by a long shot. At every single visit, I never once felt rushed or like my questions weren't valid. They truly took the time to listen, understand, and make sure I felt completely comfortable and confident in every decision. That level of care is rare and meant so much to me. Dr. Smith and his entire team are incredible and genuinely care about their patients. The facility is absolutely beautiful, and on surgery day I was blown away when they took me back to their OR- it's like a mini hospital in there. Everything felt extremely organized, professional, and safe. I felt so calm on surgery day, which is not typical for me at all (I've never had surgery), and that's completely a testament to Dr. Smith and his entire team. The last thing I remember is Dr. Smith squeezing my hand, and then I woke up as the new me! Recovery was smooth, and the team supported me every step of the way. As many reviews have pointed out, Dr Erb is double board certified in Oculoplastics surgery and ophthalmology. I knew I was in good hands and I'm so glad I was right!
