Fantastic service. Large office in the Port Hueneme area. Jonathan took the time to walk through the offices during the quote and explained the process and what I could expect from his service. Jonathan and his team were always professional and arrived on time. They even called to let me know when they were on the way. They cleaned over 40 office chairs, 3 large conference style rooms, 10 offices and 4 large pieces of furniture. They were able to remove 6 years of food and drink stains. Wow where do I start... these guys Rock! They literally went the extra mile from start to finish. Within two days of the Woolsey fires ravaging our area and neighborhood, and with roads blocked, I directed Brandan and Jonathan by foot toward our smoke filled house, which included climbing a very steep slippery hill. When they introduced themselves as the owners of J.W. Home Care I knew at that moment that these were my guys! They were 'can do' guys wanting to help and be of service anyway they could. They went over our whole property and submitted an estimate to our insurance company (Geico) within two days. I was hoping for a reasonable estimate as we certainly didn't want delays in getting started. Their estimate was right on the money and Geico approved payment within two days! So now we're only a week out from the fires and J.W. Is already collecting all the laundry, bedding, drapes, linens, etc. so they can start with the house cleaning once the electricity comes back on. Our communication was spot on and they were working the same day the electricity came back up, so we didn't miss a day! Ed led the cleaning crew who were all gracious and nice to be around, which went a long way being strangers in our home. I used JW Carpet Care last minute when the other carpet place I called turned out to be fake/fraudulent. I hopped online and looked for high reviews and stumbled on this. Jonathan was more than accommodating, and made it out to my house the same day. They did an ** excellent job**on my carpets that werw much of need of help (due to an elderly cat). Jonathan says a lot has to do with the fact they use soft water (something I am already a fan of) and they take their time. All the stains came up in the living room and majority in the bedroom, so there was a significant difference when they left. I also liked the fact that they give you plastic booties to walk on until the carpet dries (which by the way didn't take too long). I definitely think if you are looking for quality care care and reliable, honest people who also have a "green" (non-chemical) option if needed, these are the guys!
