I specified I wanted a deep clean of the kitchen especially, with special attention given to the common areas. When I came home, the cabinets and baseboards of the kitchen were still obviously dirty and appeared to be untouched. I was under the impression they had finished deep cleaning all the rooms and needless to say, I was upset. There was a layer of dust on the baseboards I could pick up with my finger. The morning after, I discovered someone tried to clean my tea kettle but failed to rinse out the soap left in the tea kettle. Needless to say, I ended up having soapy tea because of this. I alerted the owner, Sonia regarding my concerns, to which she said that because I have an old kitchen, it will never look new again. I explained twice to her that my kitchen is not old, I rehabbed it four years ago but she didn't seem to listen to me. I alerted her of my concerns and she did not valid them, just offered to bring in someone to clean for two hours the following day for free. Ok, maybe a bit of a repair. Nope, three people came, one of which was the owner Sonia. She said they would be there for about 45 minutes and clean simultaneously. They were there for maybe 30 minutes and spent most of the time whispering to each other, probably about me. Don't use this service. Their communication is poor and in trying to repair a customer service breakdown, they end up whispering to each other instead of cleaning. If they were more upfront about what was needed to clean my home, I would have been understanding. Instead she made me feel like shit, implying I never clean and it's my fault that they couldn't clean sufficiently. I work four jobs and have an infant daughter, I don't always have the time to deep clean my hone. I was hoping they could help but instead they made me feel like shit and did a subpar job.

It took double the time and we had an internet setup appt to run to at 4pm and she still wasn't finished (She started at 10am...6hrs). We were quoted 4-5hrs...it took 8! We ended up missing our appt and had to miss another day of work. Naomi mentioned "They never give us enough time based off estimates." We did a time check twice to see how much longer. In the future, I think it needs to be clearly communicated exactly how much longer and people can adjust their schedules.

Easy to work with, and incredibly trustworthy. I absolutely hate having people in my home who I don't know, and I felt totally at ease with Amy. I do like to declutter counter tops and tables to ensure she can get to surfaces, but she'll also neatly arrange stuff if a few stray items happen to be on a counter top. One of my favorite surprises is how she leaves towels, toilet paper, and paper towels in little flowers and bows. Each member of the team does this in different ways. A friend of my referred me to this place, so I knew I could give it a shot without being disappointed. I also booked the same maid that my friend uses so with her being a regular, it could've helped with increasing the intention of promoting their top service! The staff were very professional and brought their own cleaning supplies. They used some quality vacuum and soap dispenser in a mop (I apologize in advance for my lack of knowledge for these terms).
