Be forewarned - customer service is non-existant. Also, they commit to completing the certification with the town - but years later I came to find out they didn't do that either. They secured a builders permit, but the last step in the process for a CO is a final inspection - they never took care of that. What would have cost $100 at the time winds up costing over $1000 when you find out it wasn't done and you need to take care of it before selling your house. Be very careful before selecting these guys!

I called big blue Pools and talked to the owner and explain the situation to her. She gave me a very reasonable price, which I paid for and scheduled the very next day a service call to his house. The Service crew that she sent the house was so accommodating to this disabled friend of mine. He was very impressed. They did an excellent job in the backyard covering the pool with plenty of water bags to make sure it lasted throughout the year.
