Pool liner is coming off and I called 6 time in 4 months ,finally Rich gets on the phone and Tell me "I'll Get There when I get there" I asked ,what does that mean Again he said it means "I'll get there when I get there" I said 1 week,2 weeks He said ," I just told you,I'll get there when I get there" Wrong thing to say to a paying client I'm in the Service business for 30 years and I would never tell a paying client that, I'm at site within a week to repair or replace. Mark showed up with Reggie & opened the pool without no issues & explained everything! He showed me how to use the robot vacuum I had as well as folded & put away my winter cover. Mark was…read morehired, and paid, to do a brick and wood patio around a pool and replace all the pipes under the old wood deck. Shotty, unlevel brick work. Left at least half a dozen bricks around the pool edge unfounded so they fell off and landed at the bottom of the pool- tearing the liner. Dozens of boards unnailed on one side as Mark and crew missed with 75% of the nails. Then today we discovered that he had NOT replaced ANY of the old pipes under the wood deck. Instead he rush built the new deck over the old pipes and lied about replacing them.

When asking for some professional responses, all I received were delays and no updates despite reaching out on numerous occasions. SECOND, I received a racist comment and was belittled for no apparent reason stating that I should "go back to Queens and hire an asian contractor" that I can "beat up" when all I did was reach out to him politely to answer my texts. You would think, for someone who talks big about how professional he is, he would have the decency to let you know that he will or will not be able to service you for whatever reason and not leave you hanging. Not only did he leave me hanging, he left these rude remarks that I have attached with this post through text messages. I was told that the job HE offered to do for me was not worthy of his caliber and that I should look for someone else because it is apparently too small for him. HE who is supposed to manage all kinds of different services for pools. I asked for an update and all I got was rudeness and disgusting behavior. Basic customer service is not present here, my gunite pool can be serviced with much better. Would not recommend this company to anyone, so please read my review and stay warned. He may have "built" multiple gunite pools, but there is no proof, there is no title, there is nothing to this man's name that would or will ever justify his unprofessional attitude. I am absolutely ashamed to see someone who is so immature and arrogant working in this field, servicing such great towns of Long Island. Don't be fooled. He's a great talker on the first meeting, but don't expect any much after that. The previous comment can vouch for that.
