My only suggestion for improvement would be to introduce yourself before getting started. It was dark, and we were two women stranded on the side of the highway. When he arrived, he pulled up behind us and immediately started changing the tire without introducing himself. I genuinely appreciated the urgency and willingness to jump right in and get the job done, but in that situation, a quick introduction would have gone a long way in helping us feel more comfortable and know that the person approaching our vehicle was the roadside assistance we had called. The value was pretty solid too my cost to have 4 calipers repainted, new stickers put on (that I provided) and powder coating the wheels was right around $1,100 with the 15% special and I paid cash. The wheels look very nice with very minimal "flaws" the wheels were old and black and beat up but now look very clean. Also though they had the car for a week (waiting on the powder coating to arrive) during the winter it was as clean when I picked it up as when I dropped it off. This is the second time I've used rim doctor with the first repairing some nasty curb rash from a valet and the wheels look very came out looking brand new.
