I hadn't had any issues with the vehicles transmission since and the price was very fair. This week I had issues with power steering where it would work intermittently. I brought the vehicle in worried I might need to drop hundreds or more on a 13 year old car. The shop identified the issue as a loose connection on the battery terminal and tightened it down at no charge. For all I knew, they could have easily said it was something else and charged hundreds to fix or at the very least charged me for 1/2 an hour of labor, but they didn't. Took my car to get it looked at for an AC problem was told that they couldn't find a leak. I…read morespecifically told them I had a leak in the condenser that you could literally hear. I got my car back and AC was not working I was told they had added dye to the system so they can locate the "leak" and filled my AC system back with refrigerant. Once I got my car back the AC was not working. I tried calling back but it was already 4pm and which they had closed on Saturday. I got charged 375 which included my oil change and the recharge to my system. I was told the AC was working but it turned out it wasn't, feels like I got scammed this time around. This wasn't the first time I've had them look at it and they keep saying I have no leak and that it cannot be located. I've pumped the system my self with refrigerant and you could hear the leak coming from the bottom of my condenser coil.
