The phone does not work at this company. And when I got the shoes back, one of the shoes was not stretched as instructed. I had to bring them back and I brought them along with two different pairs to also get stretched. I tried to pick them up today and upon inspection, he had gotten black dye on $850 camel colored boots. They do not look like they are coming out. I am a very upset that these shoes are now ruined. I am expecting Alex to remedy this situation by paying for the shoes, or paying a different cobbler to remedy the situation. I expect this shop to take this experience as a learning lesson to not rush their shoe jobs and also to communicate. Also, upon asking for the owner's number, I was repeatedly told no, I will be expecting a call from him.

My boots (pictured) had an incredibly worn down heel and sole that was peeling at the edges. I was assured they could fix it and was offered a flexible pickup date and time depending on my needs. We talked through new sole options and what I specifically wanted. I walked about feeling optimistic about the outcome, only to have my expectations exceeded upon pickup. The heel and sole may actually be of better quality than how I purchased them and the newly oiled leather make the pair look brand new. This location is nowhere near where I live, but if I need to repair any more shows, I'll make the trek out here again.
