Over the phone, the owner Paul gave me an estimate for the proposed repairs, which came in under Jiffy Lube's, told me to bring my vehicle in now, as I was able to, got me right in so they could diagnose. After inspecting, they brought me in the garage to show me the cited failing parts from the top of the engine and took a photo from below the vehicle, which Jiffy Lube, just an hour before, had cited as a $617 reason to fail my inspection. The parts were clearly not leaking, as Jiffy Lube had stated, and functioning perfectly well. This establishment explained everything, offered all my options, passed my vehicle with flying colors, and told me how to help guard against this happening again. I went back to Jiffy Lube and got a refund.

You have to call to see how it is doing, that is, if they have even touched it at that point. Then they get huffy with you if you do call. Sorry to offend or inconvenience you by wondering about the progress of MY vehicle, while I'm having to make arrangements for rides or using another source of transportation. Very unprofessional and rude. If you are so backed up, don't take as many clients. Even a call to say you haven't touched it would be nice, but I guess that's even too much to ask. Then there is the matter of when you do get your vehicle back, things never sound/act 100% right. It seems right at first, but then a week or 2 later you find that something isn't right. So you take it back only to find that after replacing something they fixed, they failed to do one little thing, to which they still charge you over $100 for labor when it was PART OF THE SERVICE YOU ALREADY PAID OVER $1,500 FOR!! So yeah thanks for the rip off. Pathetic. And it seems that every time we bring a vehicle in, it always seems to come back with a new problem, or a fix that they "conveniently do".
