I am traveling through so I need an oil change they did not do any of the 21 point check list, like lubricant door jams, air in tires, clean the windows, etc. Then charged my for an additive they never used in the oil since I was watching them the whole time. Then one mechanic says all my sway bars have play and all the gaskets are leaking showing me a video. Then it took them almost 40 minutes to get a quote they said $1,300 which is insane. There are better local places that need you to support them and them to take care of you. I went to Hickman Auto and was roughly quoted which was fine until he can look underneath the van said about $700 and that's if everything failed at the same time. So be careful get 3 quotes and stay away from this place that took 40 minutes compared to the other mechanic 5 minutes.

We were only about 7 miles out from our hotel, but we were worried we might be looking at a transmission replacement as it seemed like the transmission went "limp" and wouldn't change gears while driving! The team at Budget Radiator and Automotive got us in quickly, took the time to thoroughly diagnose the problem, and didn't jump to conclusions or try to sell us unnecessary repairs. They found that the alternator had failed, but they didn't stop there. During the repair they discovered the serpentine belt and tensioner were also failing because the belt kept slipping off. They explained everything clearly, showed us what was happening, and made sure the repair was done correctly. After replacing the alternator, serpentine belt, and tensioner, they checked the transmission fluid at my request, (which looked great), then test drove the van for about 20 miles to make sure everything was working properly before calling us. That's the kind of attention to detail and professionalism every customer hopes for. The van now runs beautifully, all of the warning lights are gone, and we have complete confidence driving it home. When you're traveling and your vehicle breaks down hundreds of miles from home, you're putting a lot of trust in a repair shop you've never met. Dylan advised over the phone to come on in and they could help me out I was worried being in branson and nothing was open on a Sunday today. I drove 40 minutes to get there and was greeted with a smile and Dylan was waiting as promised took my jeep back immediately found it was a misfire on cylinder 6 for my jeep and went a ahead and I got a full tune up while there. They got me in and out in about 2 hours or so vehicle running smooth. The Tech David was very knowledgeable and professional both Dylan and David made this the reason why Jiffy lube is always my only choice for my needs. The environment was clean and peaceful and organized it felt welcoming I was so at ease i was able to sleep waiting for the repair so I got about an hr and half peaceful power nap. The price was super reasonable another reason why I trust Jiffy lube and there staff they have. Again shout out to Dylan and David !
