They put up the TV mount, along with a recessed wall plate to connect the TV, and simplified the cables at the lower receptacle. It's clean and looks so much better than it did before sitting on top of the media console with wires and cables going this way and that. They know what they're doing, are polite, respectful, and friendly. They cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done and showed me how to work the Smart TV. I used K&S to mount a 75" TV and to wall mount my soundbar. They were clean, quick, and polite and they asked all the right questions to provide an accurate estimate. Wish the TV was a little higher, but that was 100% my decision. They confirmed the placement prior to installing the mount. This review is of K&S Systems scheduling/customer service only, since we didn't end up using them for installation based on our very specific timing needs. I called K&S and explained my desire to get my TV mounted today and my concerns about my mount vs. where the studs were located. I got a call back quickly from the installer who was willing to work with me to squeeze me in between two other installations (neither of which was very close to me) and offered me a very reasonable price on an alternative mount if the one I had didn't end up working. I had several calls out to other installers and one of them offered a time which worked way better for me. Hired KS systems to assemble a large tv stand and floating wall panel for my media room set up. The set up included behind the wall electrical and mounting the tv. The online reviews of the furniture we bought suggested that assembly was extremely difficult so i opted for professional help and seeing the 5 star ratings for KS on yelp we contacted Steve. We purchased online a new Samsung 55in. Smart TV and opted for wall mounting installation by online's largest store of goods and services (starts w/ A and ends w/ N) who now also provides sub-contracted installation services. Big mistake - not the TV purchase, rather the installation service. If anything could have gone wrong, it did from incorrect cable connections to upside down assembly of the wall mount. Frustrated, I got on YELP and ran across K&S Systems, of which almost every review is outstanding. I called them and talked to Steve who gave me confidence he could redo the installation at a very fair price. Great - just what I needed. He came out yesterday along with Felipe, another talented installer and together, they did a terrific job in getting the job done CORRECTLY. Not only did they perfectly finish the original job but once I saw the quality of their work, I had them redo an additional setup in the master bedroom with another wall hung 48in. TV. Bottomline, I don't think you could do better in hiring TV or audio/video system installers than Steve and crew from K&S Systems. I just wish I'd known about them from the start. Btw, I was not asked to leave this glowing review, I just want to in some small way thank Steve for his talented services.
