If you love Korean street snacks, then THIS is the spot to be at. You can get your quick Korean food fix, drinks, and sweet treats all at one spot! If you ever watch any Korean drama or shows you can always see any one of these snacks and you know you have to satisfy that craving when it hits. This place is a family owned and operated business so you know that you'll be served with that Korean hospitality! Check it out~ you won't be disappointed here! It's a great spot to also bring kids, families, date night, or even just some friends who love Korean food and snacks!

Really enjoyed this place! The food was delicious and had great flavor. The tea was also really good, and their taiyaki was perfectly crispy on the outside and warm inside. The sodduk was a favorite too -- the perfect sweet/spicy combo. Highly recommend!

Two signs on the counter instructed patrons to not touch drinks and show their drink number upon pick up. The owner was super vigilant and responsive about the issues and I really appreciate that. I have had nothing but great experiences at the other 3cat locations like Arcadia and San Gabriel so I'm glad to see that Ktown is finally catching up.

The teas have always been amazing and love how they use fresh fruit-you can REALLY taste the difference. My go-to order is the peach fruit tea, 30% sweetness with boba. The tea is perfectly sweetened and has the best natural fruit texture/flavor. I've never had an issue with my orders and the customer service is always consistently good. The teas always come out super quickly and I love how clean this place is. ALSO, there's free parking (just let valet know you're going to Yi Fang).

Luckily, Yi Fang is one of those spots where parking is rarely an issue. They have their own parking lot, plenty of nearby street parking, and even additional parking near a church close by, which makes visiting much more convenient compared to many other boba shops in LA. The store itself is on the smaller side, with only a few chairs and seating options available. They offer both a self-serve kiosk for quick ordering and a front register if you have questions or prefer ordering with staff assistance. Yi Fang is best known for their fruit teas, which are considered their specialty. Personally, I tend to prefer milk teas, and while the drinks are still good, I found the quality of the grass jelly and boba to feel somewhat inconsistent compared to other boba places I've visited.

We skipped the sandwich, as it just looked like a Jersey Mike's sub but dyed green, and we weren't up for making our own ramen. Definitely keeping an eye on future events in the space!

The service was so fast and quick. There was two girls when I went and they answered all my questions with friendly service . It's very chill and relaxing there. I definitely recommend going!!!! Strawberry Milk - Best best best strawberry boba drink I've ever had. - I normally don't like strawberries bc they might be sour or mushy and not in the good way but this was sweet and fresh!! I've never been disappointed with their drinks. -it does come with a clear boba and its unique. most places in LA do not have it and it pairs nicely with the strawberry milk! Mango Milk Tea -Subtle flavors of sweet sweet mango -refreshing and creamy -recommend if you love mango sticky rice hehe or mango desserts Oolong Milk Tea w/ honey boba and crème brûlée - fragrant and properly brewed. Most places over steep or understeep oolong. It can be bitter or watery but they did it right. The oolong was one of the best I've ever had. - I'm glad they had crème brûlée and honey boba as an option for topping. I love love love crème brûlée and most places don't offer it. The honey boba is also so great if you don't want that sugary brown sugar boba (there is still good tho but I will always prefer honey boba !!!)
