Hard rice (undercooked or cooked and reheated- this is a health issue) and not fully cooked beans. Wilted lettuce that looked like it would make you sick. Less fillings of proteins and vegan cheese, etc. Recently had to throw more than half my order away since it tasted off and I still felt sick afterwards... Are certain locations better than others? It is a chain, right?
