Updated (more detailed) review~ Stumbled upon this spot when my friends and I were looking for a place to just hangout and chill. Noticed that this place offers snacks, drinks and alcohol, we immediately decided to check it out. Parking: It's a plaza, there was parking when I arrived but I assume this can get packed during rush hours. The restaurant is located on the 2nd floor. It was so adorable right when we walked in, they had Christmas decorations. Inside: Plenty of space! Tables and chairs, pool table, foosball, chess, a guitar and piano you can actually use! ALSO, they have karaoke rooms! I have yet to try but that excites me already! The food: Food options are great for either a simple dinner, or casual drinking with friends, you'll definitely find something that hits the spot. There's also a ramen station, counter with many options for snacks, candies, ice cream, drinks, and chips! And last but not the least, the owner is super welcoming and hospitable. Told her I have a friend that's celebrating her birthday and she prepared a nice way to greet her and we all sang together. SO, I brought another friend celebrating their birthday to this place to experience how nice and lovely the owner and the staff are. Service: If you want good service, I do not recommend coming here. She was nice the first couple of times, but after my third visit, her attitude completely changed. On my third visit, I asked for a banana latte, but I pointed to the Banana Americano on the menu. I mistakenly said "latte" because I assumed that was the one with coffee. She gave me a blended drink with no coffee. I politely asked if she could remake it, and she immediately gave me a lot of attitude. She told me, "Don't you see I'm super busy? Figure out what you're going to do," and said she wasn't going to remake it because it was my fault for saying it wrong. I apologized and explained that I had pointed to the drink I wanted, but she didn't care. I even mentioned that I've brought customers to her before, and she responded with, "I don't care." She raised her voice at me in front of the whole shop, saying she wasn't in the wrong. I stayed calm and tried to explain my situation, and after speaking to her three times, she finally remade the drink. It is disappointing that it took that many times for her to do it. I've never been to a shop that has treated me this bad over a drink. I never gave her attitude, but she did the entire time. For an owner, this was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. That same day, I brought a friend for her first visit, and even she felt uncomfortable and told me we should never come back. I won't be returning after this experience. (Also, I'm not the only one who's been confused by the menu. Someone on Yelp posted the Banana Americano under the name "Banana Latte." The menu really needs to be clearer because it's confusing for customers.) Food: They sell a bulgogi bowl that is really good, but honestly it's not worth the $16 price tag. The drinks are very basic, and I haven't found one I liked. I've tried three: the Banana Americano, Ube, and Banana Latte, and they were all pretty bad. The only one I could manage to drink was the Banana Americano, and even then, compared to other shops, it tastes very artificial and not like real banana. ( she uses boxed banana milk) The Ube drink was also very grainy. I like the concept of this place, it's a good hangout spot if you want something casual and eye-catchy. They have a lot of snacks and drinks for sale and some small kitchen stuff. Prices are expected for Ktown, a bit high. Definitely for the younger crowd; the setup is cute like a cafe with a mix of random themes, however nothing wrong with being middle aged getting some catch-up time with friends if you don't like crowded cafes or smashing sojus. Don't come here if you want a big meal or something gourmet. Come here if you want to hang out without being at a loud soju bar. They have a piano in the middle and if someone is playing, it can overwhelm the entire place. I might not recommend coming here if you want a quiet and serene time if someone is playing. The toast sandwich is pretty good, but they put hella sugar on it. I'd still recommend it, but ask for less sugar. read more

This is honestly my favorite place and I've been here 4 times already! My sister and I have brought different group of friends and they all loved the vibe and how nice the owner Alice is. She already considers us as family I love how there are multiple things to do like play the piano, guitar, play chess, billiards, and even foosball table. The food is amazing! This is the coziest place in all of K-town! Honestly if you're looking for a third location to do some studying, catching up with friends, or even wanting to do something late at night, this is the spot! This place is incredible and adorable. We stumbled across here on our way to dinner (when looking for a snack) and loved it so much we came back after dinner for noraebang. It's so unassuming-- hidden up a staircase on the second floor of the plaza-- but so much fun. They have all the Korean food you'd want (including the ramyeon machine you've seen all over Tik Tok), beer/soju/makgeolli, games and more. It's a great place to just chill and catch up with your friends, without the klurb vibes that other spots have. It's like the neighborhood hang that you've seen on your fav Netflix kdrama. I want to gatekeep this place because I don't want it to get super busy, but I also want them to stay in business forever because I love them so much so I'm writing a review because they deserve it. The interior is done up in such a cute way, with tons of snacks and little activities to do. We got their rice bowls, musubis, ramen, and kimbap with some drinks and the ladies were so sweet and gave us some little jellies to try. Everything was very simple but filling and satisfying. We were the only ones in there for quite a while because we came on a Monday night, but it was great because we got to hang out freely. Their alcohol is priced super fairly and they even have karaoke rooms! I don't think the rooms had AC so they got pretty hot, but they were spacious and the music system was loud. It was our first time coming tonight and the owner didn't even charge us for the 2+ hours of karaoke we did because she said it was our first time which was so sweet of her!! We were fully expecting to pay and wouldn't have even minded because the room charge rate was only $40 per hour. Parking was free and there was no valet at 7pm on Monday - not sure if that's typically the case but we had no issues finding a spot which is rare for Ktown. I really loved my experience here and we stayed for over 4 hours just having a fun time. Everybody here is so sweet and I'm bringing all my friends next time. Thanks to Yelp, I discovered this amazing Korean-owned business. I have been coming here 1x/week after my personal training/physical therapy sessions in KTown (45m-1hr drive from home). 5 weeks consistently. The food is delicious (bulgogi rice bowl), tuna kimbap, spam masubi/kimbap, tanghulu). I have wanted to make ramen here from their self service bar, but I've been trying to eat less ramen to minimize my carbs The owner of this business (Alice) made me feel at home from the first visit, and she goes above and beyond to make sure you're enjoying yourself. The vibe inside is very cozy, with semi dimmed lights that allow you to study/read/use your computer and/or eat/hang out with friends or family. The music playlist is always on point also, so you won't be disappointed. They have a pool table, a piano, a lot of sitting area, a bar area with bar stools to sit on. They serve Korean snack foods and meals, as well as coffee/lattes, tea and soju. They have been open for a couple of months (2+) and are highly deserving of more support. After one visit, I think I have found my go to place to eat and relax. I wish I got her name but there was this beautifully kind and helpful lady who explained a lot of the menu to me and recommended their banana coffee drink, I think it was called a bananacano. Im not a big fan of sweet coffee, but this was perfect not too sweet or milky. The interior is really cool and unique. The owner of the establishment was rude to my friend because we kept telling her we would order something later, even after she repeatedly asked why we weren't ordering anything. We promised her we would buy something later, but she assumed we were simply going to stay there and not buy anything. At the end, my friend purchased a bag of chips, and we decided to leave. Came here with 3 people to study and we were told by the manager while ordering our drinks that next time there would be an additional $10 fee for our group to sit there, even if we bought drinks. The cafeteria wasn't busy at all (only 2 tables occupied in a large space), so the policy felt confusing and unnecessary. I asked why and she replied back, " I have to pay rent and electricity".
