One of the hygienists did a presentation in my 10 year old son's 4th grade class. He came home and was so excited to show me everything we've been doing wrong our whole lives lol. He proceeded to give us a 5 minute demonstration on proper brushing and flossing and I told my husband I have to find this lady! Well, I did and quickly got in for cleanings for me and my husband. We each had separate hygienists do our cleanings and both of us commented on how we've never had such a thorough cleaning. So I decided to make an appointment for my mom. She ended up with a third hygienist and afterwards gave me the exact same feedback! Since then I've taken both my kids for their cleanings and I can't stop telling people they need to go here. I have been going to Dr. Ku for a few years, and he and his hygienists have always been great. My last visit however, with Kira cleaning my teeth was one of the best dentist experiences I have ever had. I am not diligent about flossing. I do it maybe four times a year. Dr. Ku. has been our family dentist for about 4 years. Our family can't say enough wonderful things about him and his entire staff. The other evening, our son was having discomfort with his new tooth coming in, but his baby tooth was still in. We snapped a photo, emailed Dr. Ku at 7:00PM and asked his thoughts. This place has never done me wrong. They never find cavities that aren't there and I feel that I always get excellent. In a way there is not that much to say because the experience has always been pleasant. One time, after having some work done on my front tooth on the top of my mouth, I had some chipping on the opposite tooth on the bottom of my mouth. I asked if I could please get the repair at a discounted price and they met me halfway, which I think is totally fair. Businesses spend a lot of money on marketing every single year, it cost a lot less to keep a happy customer coming back. Hopefully, my family will. read more

They are very understanding and every time I have gone to an appointment I don't wait they have been on time every time and we have been going to him for years my daughter is going to be 9 and she has been with him since she has needed to see the dentist. I love that they are text friendly they will text you the day before and sometimes the day of to remind u !! Their office is always clean they greet with a smile and are very friendly. With the new covid guidelines I felt very comfortable being in their office they have the chairs sectioned off and there was only one other person in the lobby the lobby was pretty much empty. We absolutely adore Dr. Ku and his staff. They are all extremely patient and kind. We are partial to Miss Sarah at the front desk- she is our fav :). The staff is kind, gentle and genuine in their approach. You will never receive unneeded care from this office; they treat what needs to be treated. I am so impressed by this place! My family has been here 3 times and there isn't a negative thing I can say! 1) The front staff is amazing!! Very friendly and went above and beyond in helping me! They came out and had conversations with us while we were waiting, had snacks for the kids and coffee for me. 2) All 3 times we had NO wait time. My husband was out of there in 30 minutes and I was out after an hour and that included x-rays, cleaning and getting a cavity filled. Which they did the same day so I wouldn't have to come back. Today I took all 3 of my kids and we were out in an hour. My son had a hole that needed filled and they did it before he left so he wouldn't have to come back. 3) The dentist was very, very friendly. He came out several times to talk to me and tell me what was going on with the kids. He took the time to chat with me and discuss any concerns I had. 4) They have a play room for the kids to keep them busy. Overall this place was amazing, 5 star staff and 5 star dentist. read more

These guys are ridiculous, the only reason I'm giving them a bad review is because I was at a dental appointment with my son and he did not move at all the whole time. I watched him through out the whole appointment and they had the audacity to tell my wife over the phone after I left that he kept moving and had to be referred somewhere else. We visited the office for the first time today for a peek at my 17 month olds teeth, due to what I knew maybe staining from iron supplements he took at a point. I called yesterday and got the appt for Today. When we walked in we were warmly greeted and the ladies at the front were super engaging with my little guy. We went and played in the toy room for a few min while we waited for the dr which was a super short wait and then instead of stressing my little guy out by going to the back he took a peek of him out where he was comfortable. The dentist was very reassuring, no pressure and didn't make me worry about anything. He was calm, polite and easy going and really everyone there made the whole process pleasant. I called the clinic and told them on the phone that my 4 vyr old might have a cavity. They told me to bring him in. I paid $85 for a consultation and 1 xRay just to be told that e indeed has a cavity but they don't do kids cavities. So I had to go to a kids dentist and pay thonsuktation fee all over. My point is, why have us go im and pay the $85 when you know you cannot treat a 4 yr old? read more

I cannot speak on my experience with Dr. Ku since Dr. Pham always assists me. She's really nice and very gentle when she works on my teeth. I recently had a crown replaced but I did not get to see it the day it was permanently cemented. I didn't think about asking to see it, nor was I asked. It ended up not matching the rest of my teeth; could this have been a lab mistake? Maybe. Just make sure you get to see the permanent one before it goes on, otherwise you'll be told you have to pay again since it's a "cosmetic" defect =\ I was given other options that involved teeth whitening, but again that's more money I'll have to pay out of pocket. read more

Cool place just don't expect anything for pain half my face was super swollen from a tooth infection, urgent care gave me something till I could get in and when I get there they want to tell me they don't give anything if they haven't done any work. They were my dentist! They were In charge, according to the urgent care, of anything to do with my mouth and an infection comes up they bring me in to take some xrays charge my insurance then tell me they did no work and they can't help with the pain from the tooth infection? Some of the worst pain I've ever felt and needless to say what the urgent care gave me barely helped. If ur not down with taking pain meds go ahead place is kid friendly and good service just be prepared to feel the pain. read more

They not only have the friendliest most efficient staff I have ever encountered, but they also have an extremely clean, fun office for my kids, none of the rooms have doors whi h I LOVE. They had no problems getting me in and out on time and I brought my 4 year old daughter with me. They had a little place for her to play and she was able to come watch my cleaning if she wanted. This is a fantastic place. Everything about it was a positive experience. It took me a few weeks to work out an appointment because of things going on in my own life, but when I could finally make one I got in very quick. Sarah at the front desk is amazing. Every single time I talked to her she was upbeat, compassionate, and was all the more inviting. Which brings me to Dentist himself, he was very nice and informative. He did not push me to buy services I did not need, and even offered me advice on how to SAVE money. The decor of the place is phenomenal. Had an appointment scheduled for today 10/23. Office called me the day before saying they could not fix chip in my tooth due to needing a cleaning. Dr. Ku has been my dentist for 7 years and his front office lady Emily was EXTREMELY rude to me. She laughed at me and was very sarcastic the whole conversation. She was highly unprofessional and due to that reason I will not be returning to this office.
