    Tonkotsu Ramen

Wanted to visit here since they recently opened. Food was pretty good and not a bad price! They have a large variety of dishes in the buffet. What sets them apart is that this is a Korean/Japanese food buffet. You'll get to eat sushi, ramen, kimchi, mochi, and many other more unique foods. There's a station where you can order tonkotsu ramen, spicy ramen, or marinated beef. They even had a seafood boil with some lobster. There's also complimentary yogurt-based drinks, which were a hit with our table. The waitress checks back often and cleans up our plates so I would say service is good. I will definitely be coming back!

It's been a while since I've been to a buffet. The food was fresh and turned over quickly. The service was prompt and courteous. The buffet area was clean and well lit. Food was hot and fresh. The crabs were overcooked but the seasoning was good. I was told that the sushi was good. I wasn't in the mood for sushi so I didn't partake. Overall a good experience.

AWFUL! Paid $37 for dinner. AWFUL!! Only 5 customers in the restaurant-big hint that it wasn't good. First mistake...I ordered cold water but waiter gives me hot tea instead. How do you mess up serving WATER? Crawfish was MUSHY and colorless- OLD! . So mushy that I couldnt even pull out the tails. RAW blue crabs? Who eats RAW crabs? Every meat items were COLD! Sushi was ok. I usually eat about 8 servings at a buffet but I only had 2 servings here This place will not last long. :(

Didn't have any issues with food not being out like some other reviews so I think they solved that issue! Sushi itself was actually pretty decent especially when you catch it right when they place it out fresh! However the rest of the food taste pretty off unfortunately and for the price they're going for it doesn't feel like it would be worth it.

Came here for lunch and this place was amazing ... sushi on in fairoaks malls is closest type of restaurant that I can relate this place too. Finally another Korean buffet / sushi that isn't just all kbbq !! Hah I'm in love with this place and will definitely be coming back often. Their selection of Korean foods ranges from traditional braise galbi and Jeons to more modernize Korean chicken and ramen bar !!

5-days in from opening day. We went at 5 pm and not many people were there. Food was mostly out already. They had just enough variety of food. Everything was good that we tried. Don't forget, dine-in includes the drinks (matcha, taro, etc.) and mochi ice cream. Honeydew was the best! I believe the food is limited as they just opened. As it gets more crowded, I'm sure they will serve more food. Service was great! I'd come back again.

Trying this new AYCE in Centreville

This is a new spot in Centreville next to the Meat Project. I think they're owned by the same people because of the name and also some of the servers were wearing Meat Project shirts. At the time that we went for dinner (1/24/2026), they were running a promo where dinner is $29.95 per person. I liked the spread of food, especially the sashimi. I loved the mochi ice cream and yogurt drinks too. But most everything was pretty good. My husband usually really likes duck, but he said the one was sitting out too long and was tough to eat. I'm not dinging them in stars though, because the rest of the food is pretty good. Hot tea is complimentary, but if you want sodas or other drinks those are extra. They have an expansive Korean menu, including crab legs and marinated blue crab. I didn't end up eating crab because I got so full off of the sushi and sashimi. They also had tempura shrimp, but didn't end up trying it. The restaurant is clean and organized. The servers are really quick to take away finished plates. And at every table is a container of hand wipes because some of the food gets messy. I really liked how they had this touch because it made for a more pleasant dining experience to have clean hands during the meal. I would go back again to get to try everything else.

I think this is the first Korean buffet in our area, and we've already been here two weekends in a row! We loved the wide selection of food, everything we tried was really good. I also appreciate how thoughtful and detail-oriented they are with customers. They provide plastic gloves for seafood and wet wipes to clean your hands, which is a nice touch. This new buffet is definitely becoming one of our favorite places to go, and we'll be back for sure!

This recently opened Korean all-you-can-eat buffet restaurant, K Project & Sushi, is located in Centreville, VA, right next to Meat-project, a Korean Ayce BBQ spot. The restaurant offers a wide variety of authentic Korean food, including braised beef and pork, spicy skate salad, kimchi rice and pancake, Korean fried chicken, seafood pancake, and diverse dishes you won't find at other Ayce restaurants. It also offers Japanese food such as sushi, ramen (Tonkotsu & spicy ramen), and dumplings, as well as Western options and lots of salads, including cold noodles in a half-orange bowl, which was very good. Desserts include Korean rice cakes, cheesecake, yogurt drinks, and ice cream mochis, along with fruits and many more. The space is large and clean, with many seating options. Overall, it's a fantastic new addition to Centreville's Korean food scene, and the value for the variety of food options is excellent. Regarding the service, there is room for improvement. The staff's service was merely satisfactory, and she did not ask whether I needed any further assistance. During the meal, I detected a strong odor of Clorox emanating from the server cleaning the table directly in front of me, which was quite inconsiderate. Enhancing the quality of service could significantly elevate the overall dining experience, complementing their excellent selection of food.

    Huge selections.

Not happy with the service at this place. Go to Honeypig or next door meat project for better food and service.

Such a breath of fresh air this place…read more Walked in expecting a run-of-the-mill sushi spot, but was immediately hit with charming and attractive hanging lights shaped like fish, among other decorations. The sushi was actually pretty affordable and decent in size--so refreshing to see since most places charge $18 & up for specialty roles. If that wasn't the icing on the cake, the service was just above & beyond... waitress constantly checked up on us and even struck a lil convo. Witnessing her water the plants from the distance we could really tell she cared about the restaurant (could be the owner tbh). With that being said, I think this may be my favorite sushi spot in Chantilly! Well deserved!! :)

Service, young women with amazing smiles make my dinner so enjoyable. Finally food, The first impression was pretty good, but food wasn't their strong point. I've been visiting the Nova area to find a good Japanese restaurant, but this one is lower than average to be honest. Sushi rice was undercooked and hard, which kills good quality sushi. In my opinion, this is the most crucial aspect for Japanese restaurants. The arrangement was okay, but they knew how to prepare the fish, but the quality was not good. We all experience inflation and shrinkage, but you should choose quality seafood. For about $30 per dish and fish, I'd rather go to a sushi buffet near me that costs $27 per person. I might give it another shot and see how it goes.
