After a through inspection of the exterior of our home, the exterminator inspected the attic. We appreciate the willingness of the company to break down the estimate to meet our needs. We received a mailed and an emailed estimate. Komen's estimate was the most reasonable. The exterminator again arrived promptly on the scheduled work day. K Termite is a great company. In the escrow process, we had two termite inspections done by two different companies. The sellers had one done and I had a second one done as well by a different company. The other two companies seemed fishy with their estimates. I came across K Termite on Facebook and decided to give them a shot. Josh from K Termite was extremely helpful, he worked a price that blew the other two companies out of the water, and he sent an inspector to perform a full inspection as part of the fumigation cost. The inspector actually crawled into the attic, something the other two companies did not want to do. Josh is detailed and instructed us on how to prepare the house for fumigation. All edible items need to be wrapped in special bags including medications and food unless they are new and factory sealed. We ended up taking all the non refrigerated food away during the process. We bagged the frozen and refrigerated items and left them in the fridge. However on day of fumigation then workers suddenly told me the microwave and oven doors had to be left open for 3 days and I didn't feel Iike letting the bulb run that long so I switched off the circuit breaker to the microwave - well that also cut power to the fridge and ruined $300 worth of food. His prices are reasonable. They began and finished on time. I would use them again if needed. read more

The inspector was extremely diligent and carefully addressed any concerns we had.
