Then there was the Bok Choy, which arrived looking like it had been through a traumatic encounter with a Brussels sprout griller, doused in some bizarre, creamy-sweet sauce that I can only assume was an accident. The prime rib? A masterclass in audacity. It was priced like it had been massaged daily by a professional athlete, yet it tasted like something I could order at a chain steakhouse for a fraction of the cost.
