Always great service. Show them what they want and consider it done. My go to nail spot

Firstly, this is a nice salon with friendly staff. They do offer (alcoholic) beverages. I scheduled a basic pedicure and full set with color powder. ($75) When I arrived I was showed the pedicure menu again to see if I wanted to upgrade. Which was fine. I declined. The pedicure was great. I prefer longer toenails, very square.. which I specified. She cut one nail to short and failed to square off one of my big toes. But they aren't horrible. The real complaint is with the nail tech Elvin. I prefer a VERY basic nail design (just a solid color) with perfect shape. Which is why I choose this salon.. the nail tech's shapes were on point. When I discussed what I wanted he basically FORCED me to get a design since I wanted longer nails. I have never experienced this at any salon before. Of course I agreed.. I didn't want to be that customer. The nails came out beautiful. He's very talented. Just pushy. Because of the design he forced me to get. My nails ALONE were $110.. bringing my total after tip to $170. Needless to say, I will not be back.

I loved iDesign! It was my first time and they were great. Jojo was willing to try an airbrush design she had never done before, and it came out beautiful! My pedicure was awesome too :)

Dip nails were just ok. Didn't listen to me when I said I wanted them short and they were still too long. Cuticle lines were super messy.

While it's best to make and have an appointment, they do take walk-in, but you may have to wait over 30 minutes for service. I rolled the dice and took my chances and showed up without one. Even though I had to wait, they invited me to choose my nail color from the wall shelf and sit in a massage/salon chair where I could at least turn on the automatic massage feature on my chair and enjoy the rolling and kneading mechanism until a nail technician was available. There was also a home renovation show playing on the television with the captions on to help pass the time. Whether you have an appointment or not, you will check in at the front desk with your cell phone number. A laminated menu is provided with detailed descriptions allowing you to choose the nail services you want. Some use paraffin wax, hot stones, a variety of fragrances like lavender or vanilla, and different amounts of time for massage. The price for these services is also clearly labeled so that you know what you will be spending. Prices seemed reasonable with basic manis and pedis starting around $45. The place has been decorated with pink and black and has a chic feel with the crystal chandeliers and the cute French street mural on the entry wall. My technicians worked diligently and communicated mostly through hand gestures. I was okay with this since I really wanted to lie back and relax. My manicurist was amazing. She was very detailed and did an amazing job in precisely coloring my nail beds. They do a fine job here. You will get quality service and a decent value for money here.

I walked in around 3 PM on a Wednesday, and it wasn't busy at all. The gentleman at the front had a very gentle, welcoming energy. He wasn't pushy about services, just patiently offered me the menu and let me decide. I got a basic pedi and mani. I was helped by Angie and Kelly, I believe. Unfortunately, I was on a call when I walked in, and I hate being rude, so I got off pretty quickly to speak with them. They were kind and really helpful, especially when it came to choosing a nail color because I never know what I want. I joked about how bad my nails probably were as the pile of cuticles she was cutting kept growing, lol, but it was all good. They did a great job and told me to relax while everything dried. When I looked like I was about to get up and leave, Angie came right over with slippers for me. She anticipated exactly what I needed without me having to ask. Then at checkout, I realized I'd left my sneakers by the chair, and the gentleman at the front grabbed a bag, collected them, and handed them to me. Again, just very attentive and thoughtful, it's the little things. He was really great. Sorry I didn't take any photos. My nails weren't anything special, just basic blue polish, no gel. I was content though!

First and last visit to the location. My daughter and I made an appointment for mother/daughter…read moremani pedi. The pedicures were good. My daughter had to ask for more polish as there were streaks/uneven color on a few nails. Tech seemed confused and then stood next to her on his phone before packing up and leaving. During my mani, I received two cuts to my cuticles. When the tech noticed that I was bleeding she placed my hand back into the dirty water in which it had been soaking. Then, she applied a substance to the cuticle to stop the bleeding. This took reapplication of the substance and a bit of attention- not an insignificant cut. She clipped the final two fingers and did nothing to shape the nails themselves. My service was interrupted twice for tech to be reminded someone was waiting for her and then a few minutes later that she had two people waiting for her. This led to her being rushed and probably not as diligent as normal. It wasn't until after leaving that we had a chance to discuss our experiences. We had not been sitting next to each other but facing each other in their small "private" room. My daughter is a manager in a similar type of business and contacted the store to alert them of cuticle cuts, her uneven nail color, and the hot stones being exceptionally hot. She assured me that these are all things that places regulated by licensing controls need to be alerted. The response was unnecessarily patronizing. According to the spa's representative, the blame for my cuticle being cut is solely mine. I was using the chair massager which caused her to clip my skin. I was unaware of the dangers of combining an experienced, trained professional with the chair she placed me in and showed me how to use. I guess I was supposed to know when to turn the chair on and off. We should probably add that I have no idea what she applied to my open, bleeding cuticle. What I do know is that it was not a single use canister and no measures were taken to control contamination or minimize infection risk. The manager was less helpful with our other concerns- sending a screenshot of my daughter getting her massage and pointing out she looks relaxed. So because she looked to be enjoying herself at some point her complaint of the rock's temperature must be dismissed. We were offered a partial refund of a little less than 10% of our bill- $30. I have a difficult time believing this level of service was a one off. Also, I hope no one gets a cut and exposed to the blood contaminated jar of whatever stopped my finger from bleeding.
