Do not go to Franklin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership!!!…read more I have been to Freeland Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram dealership two times now and would not hesitate to go back. After Franklin Ram screwed up my truck three times I took it over to Freeland. I happened to get Rachel as a service tech, and she was absolutely terrific. She was quick, professional, and very personable. She kept me updated on the status of my truck and made sure I had a ride to and from the dealership. They were able to take care of a couple things and head to order some parts For another The second time was just like the first they got me in quick got me a ride home and kept me updated on the status of my truck. I'm quite happy with the work they've done and would not hesitate to recommend their service department to anyone. I was also looking for a couple things and went to the parts department. Mike helped me out and went above and beyond to find the information I needed. Overall, that is my go to dealership. All the people working, there seem quite knowledgeable and very friendly.

I've had it serviced at the store numerous times. I consider David Beasley, the service manager, a friend. (He owns 34 pairs of Jordan's). I tried everything to buy a new (to me) vehicle from them while I was getting my oil changed a few weeks ago. They acted like they thought I was joking. I went and bought another car from another dealership and then came back to try to sell them the Durango that I bought from them. I took it to them on Friday February 20th to see if they'd purchase it. After all, I get emails and mailers from them all the time saying they want to buy my Durango. Well, the used car manager took a look at it and then proceeds to have the salesman tell me it's not something they'd be interested in purchasing. Fast forward to today. Carvana just picked up my Durango and brought a check with them. Easiest experience ever!

Thanks again, CarSmart! (Hopefully I won't crash "Miss Daisy").

I purchased a Volvo XC60 from CarSmart.Net after being assured the vehicle had "no issues." That…read moreturned out to be completely untrue. Shortly after delivery, I discovered the steering wheel controls didn't work, multiple dashboard warnings appeared, the AC and heated seat didn't work, the car still shook while driving, and the "repaired" windshield crack was still visible. I paid for an independent inspection, which confirmed repairs were needed. I was told a faulty module could cause many of the electrical issues and advised to wait until it was replaced before reporting additional problems. It fixed nothing. Later, salesman Shawn Bowers blamed me for not reporting issues sooner, despite me following the guidance I was given. Since purchasing the vehicle, I've spent an additional $3,768.41 out of pocket, even after partial reimbursement from the dealership. Most recently, I had to replace the battery because the car is now stalling and revving at idle. Communication has been terrible. Shawn was extremely difficult to reach and constantly had excuses. He promised to call me back about helping with repairs and never did. This experience has caused my family major stress and financial burden. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone against buying from CarSmart.Net.

After confirming the price--including TTL and a $699 dealer doc fee--I provided my state's DMV contact information to help facilitate the out-of-state process. I was told C.R. needed to check with their title office, and that I'd receive answers ASAP early in the week. Instead, I received vague updates and was left waiting with no follow-up. It wasn't until Thursday morning, when I reached out myself, that I was finally informed the truck had been sold to a relative of the owner. Up until that point, I had no idea the deal had even fallen through. CR mentioned they don't take deposits and operate in good faith as a small-town dealership that values transparent deals. I accepted that at face value, trusted we were working toward a sale, and let them know I was fully approved by my lender and ready to move forward the moment title confirmation came through. I understand that "business is business," but the lack of communication, transparency, and basic professionalism made this a very disappointing experience. I cannot recommend doing business with a dealership that doesn't back up its word or respect a customer's time and trust.

We saw a truck that they had online that we really liked so we came by and met with Tod and he was super helpful! We ended up purchasing that truck for a great price and we're so happy with the service that we had a friend buy his new car there and went to get my new car from them as well. Do keep in mind when you shop with them they're cars do not stay on the lot for long! If you like it I definitely recommend getting it that day because it will mostly likely be gone by tomorrow. Wonderful staff and a great selection of cars, we will definitely be recommending them to anybody who is car shop. P.S. They do offer tax exception for active duty military members (I'm not sure if that's a state thing or if only certain dealerships offer it)

First of…read moreall, they didn't have the title for the vehicle we purchased and didn't bother to acquire it from the auction until I called to follow up a month after the purchase. As for our trade in, they never paid it off even after three months due to some ignorant mistakes on their part, again only being resolved after I called over and over pressuring them to get this done. Every answer I got felt like a lie or excuse and suddenly was resolved by the end of the business day when I dropped the friendly and forgiving demeanor. My credit score went down due to having two active car loans and my reimbursement from my previous lender for the difference in the current payoff and payoff check will not include THREE WHOLE MONTHS of accrued interest. I had to jump through hoops not to be fined by the state for not insuring a car I didn't have and I had to call and hold their hands through every step of this trade in. Very unprofessional, incompetent, and dishonest group of folks, so if you buy from them be prepared to do everything yourself until all your ducks are in a row...

Vehicle: 2008 Lexus LS 460 L 4dr Sedan Prior to purchasing the vehicle the car fax was provided to me and I asked validating questions about vehicle directly to Jamie. Upon receiving the car it was immediately noted by me that vehicle displayed the following issues: all 4 vehicle rims were not what were advertised on Car Guru's listing and not what was agreed upon. Rear tires were bald and had zero tread on them on. Vehicle was leaking oil on my driveway. I called Jamie the next business day to state concerns and was directed by him to take vehicle to a repair shop to have it completely inspected. Repair shop provided list of all safety issues that would need to be addressed asap: Horn not working, torn windshield wipers, front sway bar bushings needed, front/rear air shocks needed, 4 tires needed (rear bald - front has balding on edges), transmission slipping, front rear facing ball joints torn, oil filter housing cracked causing oil leak, engine timing cover leaking oil. Needs new tires and alignment. After sharing these issues with Jamie his response was that any labor needed on the vehicle was my responsibility and that "Midas could not be trusted and their business model is to scare and overcharge". He suggested I shop around for the repairs. The issues must all be addressed in order for vehicle to pass PA state inspection - which I informed Jamie would be needed upon my receiving the car. Jamie knowingly sent me an UNSAFE vehicle and NEVER disclosed any of these SAFETY issues. I did not agree to purchase a vehicle in this condition. As of 6/11/24 the vehicle is completely inoperable and has been issued a preliminary diagnosis of a failed fuel pressure sensor. I am making monthly payments ($346/mo.) and the car is not safe and not operable.

Defective Van; Refused to Honor Warranty…read more I purchased a 2015 Dodge ProMaster from Wholesale Inc for ~$31,116.76 on March 30, 2019. I was given a 30 day warranty on the van. The van was defective. While traveling for 60 minutes on the interstate, the van lost power and had a max of 30mph. Multiple check engine lights appeared on the dashboard. On April 22, 2019 at 10:06am, I texted Breanne Carver of Wholesale Inc that the van was defective. Her response was to make a claim on the Wholesale INC 30 day warranty, but they do not fix anything on site. She advised me to take the van into the Dodge Dealership to start the warranty process. I did. The van has been in the shop since April 22 (103 days and counting). On June 18 at 3:37pm, I texted Breanne Carver to make a claim on the warranty. She did not respond. On June 18 at 4:31pm, I texted Jamie Sniderhan to make a claim on the warranty. He denied my claim. I reminded him that I started the claim with Wholesale Inc within the 30 day warranty. He has not responded. I want them to honor their warranty and correct the damages that they have inflicted. I want to be made whole as if we never did business together; specifically, remove 5 hard inquiries from my Equifax credit score. Buyback the van from me, paying off the loan to the bank that financed it. Reimburse me the interest and payments made on the van.
