I was so disappointed. Booked for a party of 12 on New Years' Eve only to be told that the corporate office didn't know what they were doing and should have only allowed a maximum of 10. We had dinner reservations so 3 people in my party didn't race the last race so we could get out on time. During one race, one car would not go and they had to stop the racing 7 times. They crew told me it was the drivers fault but the driver was told (by the same crew) it was probably a bad wire. They did nothing to try and make-up for the aggravation. When I spoke with the manager, she offered to refund the 3 drivers who didn't race the last one $10 each but then asked for their credit cards to do the transaction. I understand they need to work out some kinks but the Customer Service response was ridiculous. read more

Good clean facilities, friendly staff, but was very dissatisfied with the time given for each race. The track is very small and gives the impression that you are going faster. The first race my kids did only 10 laps, a rip-off in my opinion. Ask how many minutes you have for the race and time it. It was not even busy, and they should given the money's worth to go back if you are satisfied. read more

My girlfriend and I came in on a whim. We bought 2 races and a license and didn't know what to expect. We had a blast. The cars are super responsive, they turn really well and they grip well under braking and on corner exit. You can spin out if you don't drive the corner right and that's what I really loved about it. I had to try to drive well (note TRY), there weren't any nanny's preventing me from messing up and mess up I did. My girlfriend had fun too and we both decided to save our second race for another weekend. I can't wait to go back. Four stars because why do I need a license? These aren't public roads or NASCAR tracks. read more

Never again....brought my son and 3 friends in April. Was not told how long the wait would be (after an hour, I finally asked and they told me it would be another hour....turned out to be over a 3 hour wait!). Front desk cashiers were not friendly or helpful at all. Complained to the manager who said he would give us a refund and still let us race...Waited another 30 minutes to find out that when he refunded us, he took our names off the list! read more

I've been to F1 and that was great with my brother but I took my girlfriend here. Went about a week ago not even.This place sucks, she kept telling me she heard the girls who work at the cashiers talk shit and swear. I was really looking forward to a nice date with my girl and the staff ruined it. The track men are on their phones all day so are the cashiers. I feel like they are way over priced. $20 for 1 race is stupid and a $7 fee that I will not use again. Definitely not worth it go somewhere else. read more

If I could give this place no stars, I'd give it no stars. Don't get me wrong, the idea of go kart racing was exciting to me. The customer service or "guest experience" however, is AWFUL. It was my first go karting ever and my friends and I sat and watched a few races before it was our turn. We noticed a lot of bumping and people not following the rules so the race had to be stopped a couple of times. When it was our turn to race, we raced a few good laps then a person BEHIND me bumped full speed into me when I was waved to move to right for them to pass me (which I did!) so my cart was facing the wrong way and the guy was instructing me how to reverse it and turn the right way but he was talking to me like I was an idiot. He was saying to me that the "crash was 100% my fault" and then when he waves that flag it's not a "recommendation" and that I "have" to move to the right" WHICH I DID!!! and he gave me wicked bad attitude which I thought was really fucking rude. Secondly, the race was about to end and all the carts slowed down which was what was supposed to happen but we all stopped in kinda like a cluster and then all of a sudden everything sped up really fast and I bumped into someone infront of me and someone bumped into me from behind me. So the guy stopped my entire cart and told me that my race was over???? He was saying how I need to not bump into people and that I need to be more careful. How was that my fault? The guy controlling the track stopped us HIMSELF while he could clearly see we were all in a cluster and then SPED EVERYTHING UP HIMSELF!!!! AND BLAMED IT ON ME!!!! I just hosted an Amazing Race 40th Birthday Party where this was a "Pit Stop" for 16 adults in teams of 4. The teams chose from either a "pit crew challenge" where they had to change tires and perform the duties of a pit crew, or race as teams around the track. Unfortunately everyone had to perform the pit crew challenge due to scheduling problems with the available tracks for racing, but that was due to our party being held on a very busy late Saturday afternoon of a holiday weekend. The staff at K1, especially Malcolm was anxious to make our event successful, and concerned about us not being able to get on the tracks, so he gave us discount coupons for all the racers to come back and race on another day. The teams were thrilled and most have already made plans to do so. The staff there was incredibly courteous and helpful. The pit crew challenge was fun and I would definitely recommend going there for a good time. read more

Showed up Saturday 3/4/17 with four people, registered, paid and were told it would probably be like an hour to hour and a half before a race. We decided to suck it up and wait it out. There is a lot to be desired as far as things to do while waiting. Well the hour and a half go by and we've seen multiple people get multiple races while we have yet to have our names called. We inquire and are told that "walk-ins" are low priority and that it might be another half hour to an hour depending on if/when other parties show up before we get at least one race. The manager was apologetic and nice and refunded us promptly but made no effort to get us on track at all. So we basically wasted a little over an hour and a half and got nothing out of it but our protective lice guards. There definitely needs to be some sort of process change in order to give everybody a chance to get on track instead of just shuffling people to the end of the line for hours on end. It was also frustrating having no way of knowing where you are in the queue. If we hadn't got up and asked what was going on we'd probably still be waiting in our boring metal stools with nothing to do. read more

Had it not been racing with my cousins whom I did have fun with I would give this place no stars! You walk in very spacious and clean but the personality of the staff is a downer. No one smiles and greets you happily. You sign up which was easy then you pay and grab your gear fairly simple. My problem is I thought I came here for some friendly fun and not a nascar style competition. The girl who did our briefing was rude told me the wrong kart number then gave me the attitude because I couldn't find it. Saw me struggling to adjust seatbelt never came over to help. I have never driven karts this fast so my first time I got bumped by a stranger who wasn't part of our group who was the aggressor. And I kept getting the "let kart pass" flag waived at me every time I went around. It makes you feel bad like you're being singled out. So I did try to stay out of the way and more over to the right or outer part of the track every time I went around. I had a hard time steering these things are not easy , and turning on a track when you're not used to it is over whelming. Maybe for the slower drivers they should have a training course or more beginner style track to practice on! Bottom line be more friendly and willing to help and let the slower drivers try were all here to have fun like everyone else. read more
