This has been a go to on the way home for years. As our mother-in-law has been in a facility down the street for the past couple of weeks, we've had a lot more stops by K-5. Their pho is good. Nonetheless, the charbroiled tofu sandwich is one of the most flavorful vegan banh mi sandwiches I've had. The tofu is a great combination of crispy, chewy, and soft. It has great flavor too. My girlfriend got the pho meat on the side and put in her meat in herself. They got one male and one female restroom. Veggie pho and tofu spring rolls were the same price as the meat dishes even though veggies are cheaper. Took out one star for that. The pho is good although not a stand out compared to places in SGV. I've never been here and I've been wanting to try so I went with my sister. I like the layout of this place nice and open and bright so it's welcoming. Has a tv for you to watch if you want while you eat. Really clean and well maintained. Ordered the shrimp and pork roll, charbroiled beef roll, house special (sister) and brisket pho large (me). First off we traded and had one of each of the rolls and it was very good let me tell you. Although I would go without the charbroiled beef roll it was good but not my preference I'm more of a pork roll person like the deep fried egg rolls and the shrimp was good too! But the crowing jewels were the pho broth. When I dug into my brisket pho man I didn't have to add anything to it and usually pho for me is whatever but this was flavorful! I'm also sure after all my years of pho I still don't know how to eat it properly as in if I'm supposed to add sauce to it and all the garnishes or not I just eat it as I go don't murder me about it haha anyways the large bowl was just right and had a lot of noodles which I love and the service was great I forgot the ladies name but she really was attentive and helpful!
