You are paying for QUALITY meat and ingredients unlike other places. You can taste how good quality the meat is and cooked to perfection with such a nice flavor. I always have to stop in when I'm passing through Charlotte!

The food was pretty good. Service was very prompt and they even waited until we had finished eating to bring out our dessert. A nice mediterranean spot tucked away

Good for takeout Mediterranean dishes -- I had the kafta kabab plate, with rice and tabbouleh (normally it would come with salad). The kafta was delicious, the tabbouleh was fragrant and tasty - sadly, the rice wasn't warm. This is a tiny restaurant in a mini-mall on a busy street -- While you could go there, in general I suspect that most of their business is takeout - there is little appealing about the interior of the restaurant. The only person working appeared to be the owner, and he covered both the register and the kitchen. I'd love to support this restaurant by giving them business - I fear they aren't getting enough traffic to stay in business for long (perhaps I visited at a particularly quiet time?)

It was good but not the best I've ever had. Pretty pricey also. The labneh and the spiced potatoes were my favorite thing. The shrimp was a little salty and the rice was just ok. Other than that the owner/ workers are very nice people so that made it better. I like the place and i like the Arabic channel they put on tv but the food is just ok , not very traditional though .

Was craving some Mediterranean for lunch today and found this place online. I went during lunch, and it was not as busy as I thought it would be. I placed my order and was told there was a 25-minute wait, which no biggie. I ordered the Lamb Gyro with fries and an order of Falafel. The Falafel was amazing!!!!!!! Had just enough crisp to it and was very, very tasteful. The lamb gyro was not bad. The lamb was very flavorful. Now the gyro was more of like a wrap, and the wrap, unfortunately, was a bit too hard for me. It was hard for me to bite down and chew. I'm not sure what happened there, but I just wish it was a bit warmer and softer for me to chew. Either way, it was delicious, and I will be coming back to try other things on their menu. They are in a shopping center so there are plenty of parking spots to choose from.

The food was good got the lamb kabobs wanted a combination lamb & chicken but they don't offer that and they are more expensive than Jasmin Grill just down the road and better quality food . Also not happy having to prepay and forced to leave a tip or not before you even get your food or services .

This is among the top new food destinations recently for best flavor, satisfaction, excellent service and value for dollars spent. Everything was excellent- Lamb kabab, chicken shwarama, Kafka kabab, hummus, tabouleh, fattoush and Baklava (extraordinary). I cannot wait to return and explore the menu more.

It was great tasting Arabic food, and it came along with great customer service. The ambiance is nothing special but well kept and cleaned.

Crispy bread filled with cubed marinated beef. Great flavors. Only issue is the beef kinda fall out if the sandwich. I like that the bread was not too thick. Yucca fries : 5 stars. Well done!! Tender and soft inside, crispy outside. Tastes great with the accompanying dip. Passionfruit juice: tart and refreshing. I enjoyed it well. 4.5 stars. Inca cola: has the special flavor like cola champagne (Central American cola) I would like to come back again to try their other sandwich.

It's right on the way to my yoga studio, so it's perfect for a quick in-and-out lunch, but honestly, it's also the kind of place where you end up lingering longer than planned. My usual order is the ABLT on rye with Boar's Head applewood smoked bacon, avocado, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. Simple, fresh, and consistently delicious every single time. I almost always pair it with the Spinach Bacon salad loaded with spinach, cranberries, goat cheese, tomatoes, toasted pecans, and brown sugar peppered bacon. The portions are huge and definitely shareable. What makes Rhino special is that it's more than just a deli. It's part neighborhood market, part coffee shop, part beer and wine stop, and part community hangout. They've got local products, grab-and-go snacks, fresh sandwiches, beer on tap, wine, outdoor patio seating, and sometimes even live music. It reminds me of the small independent spots I used to love in the Bay Area around Burlingame, San Mateo, and Palo Alto. Relaxed, local, welcoming, and full of personality. The staff is always friendly, and the atmosphere feels genuinely Charlotte. Not overly polished. Not trying too hard. Just good food, good people, and a place that locals clearly love. And if you are visiting North Carolina, you absolutely have to try Cheerwine at least once. It's basically a Carolina rite of passage. Cherry soda lovers will probably be obsessed. Me personally? Not exactly my flavor profile, but people here drink it like water, so clearly they are onto something. Rhino Market is one of those places that makes a city feel like home. Life is too short to not eat well, Charlotte. Get out there.

You order at one window, grab an extra items, pay, then they'll call your name/number. Super easy. I ordered the Rhino Club described on the menu as: Boar's Head Branded Deluxe Ham, Lower Sodium Turkey, Applewood Smoked Bacon, provolone, bibb lettuce, tomato, dijon vin on choice of bread. The ordering and payment process was easy. I was solo so I took a seat at the bar area to eat. Sandwich looked good when I unwrapped it, large slices of toasted bread with fresh lettuce and tomato. The strangest thing was, on the left side of the sandwich were several slices of deli turkey rolled up. On the right side of the sandwich were several slices of deli ham rolled up. I hadn't seen a sandwich made like that before. It felt like half of a turkey sandwich and half of a ham sandwich as opposed to a ham and turkey sandwich. Was it bad? Definitely not. I waffled between a 3 and a 4 star for this one but felt generous because, overall, I liked the vibe of the place.
