Lamb gyro wrap was freshly made and warm! Well marinated meats and tender inside a warm pita with fresh veggies and garlic dip. It was good! Staff were friendly and organized. The inside was spacious with many tables and clean. There are some seatings outside too. They even have a drive-thru! Be careful and look for Entrance and Exit. There are plenty of parking outside.

Kabo kitchen. They got a banner that says no processed food. Everything fresh. And I can tell Kevin and Chris were super cool and helpful. With their help. Decided to get a fish bowl. And a salmon burrito. Both were really good. Fresh tasting. Good amount of food. And priced right. The burrito did get a bit soggy at the bottom but it was still very good. Plenty of fish. Salsa were good and their sauces. They are apart of the fresh of the boat group. Overall loved the experience and the food

What a horrible experience this was. It supposed to be a fresh hamburger, They must have dragged it out of the garbage can, wilted wet green stuff and discusting onion, picked mess. Shame on the cook!

Chicken Kabob Salad so fresh and delicious, plus the portion is very generous

I've had a few of their menu items and they were all delicious! My favorites are their carne asada and chicken tacos, grilled zucchini, and the hummus and warm pita bread are always delicious!! I recently had their garden salad with sliced chicken kabob and not only do you get a nice portion but the chicken was perfectly grilled and seasoned. The staff is super friendly and efficient, there is plenty of parking. I've had lunch inside once and it was super clean with a simple nice decor. They also have a breakfast menu with a variety of coffee drinks, come check them out!

New restaurant! They sent a promo in the mail for a BOGO entree so thought we tried it out! The workers are really nice and welcoming, the food is also really good! They also have a Taco Tuesday deal, $1.95 per taco. Ordered the Lamb Gyro plate ($13) and the fish and chips ($10) as well as an iced Baklava latte ($5) very unique coffee! The lamb was pretty good! Lots of flavor and comes with rice, pita bread and hummus, which. Was really good. The fish and chips comes with Cole slaw and their "crazy sauce." Very crispy fish and nice Cajun fries. Here is where there were some kinks they need to work out... 1. When I ordered there was some miscommunication. He asked if I would like my lamb gyro plate with just grilled veggies or with rice, hummus, and pita bread. I said rice hummus and pita sounds good, but he added grilled veggies and was charged $2. No biggie, the grilled veggies was nice but miscommunication, because I didn't really want it. 2. He asked if I wanted my Baklava latte with oat or regular milk. I said oat, there was a $1 charge, wish this was mentioned. 3. Since they were new I thought I'd check the bag before leaving, and good thing I did because they forgot the Krazy sauce for the fish and chips and coleslaw. 4. Also fries were lacking for the fish and chips very small portion (as you can see in my picture). I had more fish than fries! So lots of things they need to work out, but place has potential! I really enjoyed the food.

I ordered their Cold Brew. It was okay. 2.5 out of 5

The service here was absolutely great. The conversation I had with one of the owners was a bit awkward. The vibe of the place was up beat and lively. Servers bring your food to you if you're dining in. It gets busy l, but I was given my food at a reasonable wait time. The food... They had nicely seasoned fries. The burger was of decent size for being two patties. It got a little messy to eat after each bite. I think the patties were a little overcooked, but that just might be how they're supposed to be? I don't know, but it's definitely worth given l giving them a try nonetheless. I would give this place another shot.

Kabo Kitchen is located near Santa Ana College and is the sister restaurant to Fresh Off the Boat. The have breakfast offerings, as well as bowls, plates, burgers, and various coffee drinks. The offer a mix of Mexican, Mediterranean and American fare. Medi-Stack Burger ($9.50) - This came with two stacked patties, krazy sauce, Jack cheese, fresh greens, tomatoes, and crunchy Persian pickles! Each patty must have been at least 1/4 lb, because this burger was filling! Everything tasted great, the only negative I have is that the burger can't be cooked medium rare and comes as it is, which is closer to well done. Chicken kabob salad ($10) - This came with a flavorful and juicy marinated kabob served atop some fresh greens. It was definitely reasonably priced. Baklava latte ($5 - large) - I got this iced and I felt the drink was a little too sweet for my liking so I would probably ask for it half sweet. I didn't taste much in the way of baklava here, but it wasn't bad. Overall I enjoyed the value proposition of the burger and the chicken kabob was fresh and tasted great.

ordered to go for the first time here and everything was pretty decent. chicken can be a little bit on the drier side but i'd recommend mixing in the garlic sauce and some hummus with the basmati rice and chicken to moisten up the dish, but also add good flavor. the zucchini was roasted/grilled nicely as they were soft but still had some bite to them. the pita was soft and the hummus was very garlic forward, but i love garlic so i'm not complaining there! i'd order here again

My first time visiting when we wanted an easy dinner after the day. We went with the gyro plate, ground sirloin plate, baklava and a side of gyro. I liked the gyro, rice and pita. The hummus was a little salty for me. Overall, I enjoyed the meal between all of us and plan to be back. Service was great for takeout and the stare was attentive and brought my Togo over to where it was seated. I enjoyed the place and the proximity to our home near Riverview Golf Course.

Nick the Greek Review -- 4.5/5…read more If you're craving fresh, flavorful Greek food with generous portions, Nick the Greek is definitely worth a visit! From the moment you see the Greek-inspired storefront, you know you're in for a Mediterranean feast. I went with the gyro bowl, loaded with tender gyro meat, fresh tomatoes, crisp cucumbers, Kalamata olives, and plenty of feta. The combination of savory meat, fresh vegetables, salty olives, and creamy feta made every bite packed with flavor. The gyro pita was another standout. Warm, soft pita wrapped around flavorful gyro meat, fresh tomatoes, onions, and creamy tzatziki. It's messy in the best possible way--and exactly what you want from a good gyro! And then there are the Greek fries. Crispy, golden, and seasoned with herbs, feta, and other Mediterranean flavors, they were the perfect side and honestly hard to stop eating. Final Rating: 4.5/5 Nick the Greek delivers big flavors, satisfying portions, fresh ingredients, and plenty of variety. Whether you're grabbing a quick pita, building a bowl, or sharing some Greek fries, there's something here for everyone. The only reason I'm not giving it a perfect 5 is that there's always a little room for improvement--but this meal came pretty close! #NickTheGreek #GreekFood #Gyro #GyroBowl #GyroPita #GreekFries #MediterraneanFood #FoodReview #Foodie #FoodLovers #Foodstagram #EatswithEddie #Review #FoodReviews #MoreReviews #MustTry #FoodieFinds

The Turkish Fries were loaded with perfectly seasoned, tender döner meat and flavorful toppings that made every bite better than the last. The Istanbowl was fresh, colorful, and packed with crisp cucumbers, tomatoes, pickled vegetables, feta, jalapeños, corn, and incredibly flavorful döner over rice. The ingredients tasted fresh, the portions were generous, and every bite was full of flavor. The customer service was impeccable. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and patient, making us feel like valued guests from the moment we walked in. Great food is one thing, but exceptional hospitality is what keeps people coming back and DönerG absolutely delivers both. One of my favorite parts of the experience was watching the meat slowly roasting on the vertical spit. It made me wonder if this was the inspiration behind Mexico's famous al pastor, and sure enough, it is! Learning about that culinary connection made the meal even more enjoyable.

Located on 1st in Santa Ana near Tustin, there's a wrought iron fence around the private lot, and the restaurant is open until 9pm most nights. I was surprised nobody was dining in, and except for a woman waiting for her takeout order to be made, I was the only person for most of the visit. I quickly realized the phone rings often, so most business is ordered ahead, with the option to eat there, in the car, or take home. Clearly, for presentation and likely quantity, I recommend eating there. The host is a nice older gentleman who literally does it all, and is so good it hardly seems like he's working. My Shish kabob plate came out faster than expected, and I was almost as impressed with the salad as the saffron rice and actual kabob, which is tender and amazing by the way. Basically, you pick a drink from the refrigerator, and I let him talk me into trying hummus, and appetizer, which ultimately comes with cut flatbread. His take is less creamy than other restaurants, but the flavors are fresh, without garlic. Don't worry, the salad dressing is a fantastic creamy Italian style. All-in-all, I was enjoying every bite and pretty much ate everything, although I preserved some hummus to eat at home. The price was commiserate with the quality, and I suppose I'll try more when I'm around the area.
