We were a little confused by some of the photos but it looks like Kabob Master was catering and now has a nice newly remodeled brick and mortar restaurant. Glad we decided to drive by and see. This used to be Chinitos Tacos. Love the food and service. They are a very friendly and inviting family run restaurant. Best of all they're open late. We tried the lamb chops and kaftka plates the first time. Came back a second time and tried the lamb shawarma, chicken shawarma, and beef kabob. So far everything was delicious. The kaftka was a little bit on the drier side for my liking but the taste was great. We will definitely be back to try more things on the menu. Come by and give them a try.

Occupying the former location of Chinitos, Kabob Master has now set up shop in it's stead, serving fine Lebanese cuisine. The owner operates a catering business & previously ran a now closed restaurant/hookah lounge in Pomona, and just recently opened Kabob Master as his base of operations in Lakewood. Being within walking distance to my residence, I was more than giddy having another dining option to patronize. Garlic sauce (toum), pita, hummus, baba ghanoush - everything is house-made at Kabob Master and customers can taste the difference. Kabob Master's pita bread was light & fluffy, and the garlic sauce was deliciously strong & pungent. Also the baba ghanoush had a great earthy & smoky flavor profile, with a creamy texture. Lamb kabob & shawarma combo plate- Lamb is one of my favorite proteins, and Kabob Master's combo plate was a hearty introduction to their food. While the shawarma was a tad well done, for my preference, the kabab was succulently medium rare. The seasoned rice was well seasoned and the salad & hummus balanced out a filling and substantial meal. Service was excellent. Alex, the owner, provided service throughout the entire visit, including cooking. A good amount of seating, with a few outdoor tables, Kabob Master has online ordering via Door Dash/Uber, phone-in orders or, the old fashioned way, walk up. Parking can be an issue during peak hours. I suggest try finding parking across the street on State Rd., if no parking spaces are available in the shared lot. Kabob Master is situated between Cassidy's Corner Cafe & Boba Homies. A great eatery, and so close to where I live, too! Kabob Master is a terrific Mediterranean food restaurant, and whether for a quick lunch, or as a caterer for a large event, Kabob Master will satisfy the taste buds for even the pickiest of foodies. Highly recommend!

Yuummmmm got the beef shawarma plate and literally had enough left over for another whole meal ! The beef was super juicy and tender and the dice they drizzled on top was delicious ! The sides were perfect to go with my beef and pita ! Check this place out !

Got the Chicken Kabob sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes and garlic sauce. It was a tasty pita sandwich. The lettuce and tomatoes were fresh. The chicken was tender, moist and well seasoned. I detected maybe some citrus flavor? Service was very friendly. While waiting for your food to be prepared, you can sit at a table and listen to the cool mellow music from the television. Service was very friendly. Parking may be tough since KM is located in a mini strip mall.

Fast casual cute, clean, and quick. Newly opened 3 weeks ago, service friendly but it was a one man show about 10 customers in 30 minutes, needed more staff but pretty quick for cook to order, that poor guy was working really hard. We so appreciated him. Got the 2 kabob combo Chicken and filet mignon about 10 piece of meat, there is and up charge for steak kabob. The meat was cooked to perfection and delicious. I preferred the chicken so flavorful, the hummus, and tabouli was very good. Tzatziki was fresh and tasty. Portioned good. We really enjoyed our lunch and will be back. Bravo!

I am writing to share some feedback regarding my recent first visit to your restaurant. While the establishment looked good from the outside and the inside eating area was clean, I was unfortunately disappointed with my experience. As someone who loves Mediterranean food, I was excited to try the falafel, rice, spicy hummus, and cucumber yogurt. While the portion size was satisfying, I found that the food lacked flavor. Additionally, I noticed a health and safety concern during my visit. A young child, who appeared to be related to the staff, attempted to put his hand into one of the food containers. Although the employee behind the counter told him no after I looked over, it gave me the impression that this may be a recurring issue when customers are not present. Because of the lack of flavor in the food and the hygiene concern, I do not plan to return. However, I wanted to bring these matters to your attention so they can be addressed for future customers.

Who doesn't love Mediterranean food. Popped in to grab a chicken kabob sandwich. The chicken is well seasoned but the sandwich needs more meat. Maybe the plate would be better. Fries are good. But the fried cauliflower is sooooo good! This family owned spot will do great.

Very first time trying it and not even gonna lie, that shi was fire ! Guy that helped me and my girl is the same one that cooked our food and it was so FRESH, WARM and well seasoned ! 10/10

Kabob Master recently opened up on Del Amo Blvd by Studebaker in the space that was previously occupied by Chinitos Tacos. They have your option of kabob plates, kabob bowls, or sandwiches. For $22, I got a "duo kabob" plate with lamb and filet mignon kebabs, rice, spicy hummus, and a cucumber/yogurt/mint salad. The meats were perfectly cooked, with some nice char on the exterior, but the pinkness/doneness was perfect. I'll definitely be back for more kebabs. Definitely glad to have a great option close to home!

3 skimpy kabob combo with 2 extra sides and a canned soda for $63 via grub hub. Never again.
    T H.

The food was tasty but the experience left me not wanting more. I ordered through Grubhub and paid $63 dollars for one entree with 3 kabobs, one extra side of tzatziki, one extra side of tabouli salad. I was planning on making 3-4 meal preps out of this. The entree with 3 kabobs were so skimpy. You don't get 3 full kababs but 2-3 pieces of meat per protein . The pink turnip pickles were not crisp but was mushy. The bigger issue is that they didn't include my extra side order of tzatziki. They also added a coke to my order instead of the Diet Coke I ordered. I was able to get my money back but I will not order from here again. Kabob crush gives you a ton of food and are priced better Oh and I didn't receive any pita bread with my order. Sad Lastly, the girl I spoke to on the phone there was just plain rude when I asked about my order and its missing items. Disappointing for what I thought was a 5 start business

Amazing food!!! So fresh and tasty. I liked it even better than Green Olive. I had the Duo plate with the kofta and chicken, rice, house salad, and hummus. It also came with pita and garlic sauce. The meats were moist with a charbroiled deliciousness! Must try!!! Friendly service

She asked us to wait while she cleaned up a table on the outside , surprising to me because there was nobody outside nonetheless we waited. Our server was a man whose service was subpar to say the least he rarely checked up on us, and when it was time for us to receive our food, one of the guests in my party did not receive their food at the same time as the others, it seemed as though they might have forgotten to make that guest's dinner so he had to wait an extra 15 minutes the waiter and another waiter would come to the table and ask him what did you order again? What was it again? Which demonstrated unorganized employees, considering they took our order they should just reference that instead of coming back-and-forth multiple times and making the guest wait longer each time. I ordered a chicken Parm Panini with chicken soup. The chicken Parm sandwich was average however, I was disappointed with the size of the chicken. I lifted the bread and there was a measly morsel of chicken, considering the price of a Panini; I was expecting a bit more! The chicken soup was horrible. It tasted like water with hardly any broth. They threw in random vegetables with dry shredded pieces of chicken, my other guests who had chicken soup also disliked the quality and taste of the soup. Poor selection of drinks. Overall, poor service, bland food. When it was time to pay our waiter didn't show up so I walked to the front and asked for the bill then paid there. For almost 200$ this was a disaster; I will look into other Mediterranean restaurants.

It's such an afterthought for me. I will gladly eat all the roasted chicken, lamb shank, kofta, etc. with all the salads and veggies. It's the healthiest buffet I've ever been to. Sure, I might finish with a few bites of rice or a falafel or two, but I always leave here feeling healthy which is crazy to say after eating a buffet. No one is getting fat off vegetables and braised lamb and chicken. Well, maybe if you eat enough of the fried chicken (which is great by the way). That first experience is what made me come back. On my second visit, I ordered the same salad with chicken and lamb because I wanted that same experience again. When I got back to work, I realized the chicken was missing. I did not complain because I still had the lamb and the rest of the salad, and I understand that mistakes happen. Still, it was disappointing because I specifically came back wanting the same complete meal I had the first time. On my third visit, I drove from Gardena to Signal Hill specifically for that salad. After driving back to Gardena, I realized there was no dressing in the bag. I called the restaurant and explained what happened. I was told, "I'm sorry." At first I accepted that, but then I thought, what am I supposed to do with a salad with no dressing? I called back because I wanted to know what could be done. I was told that if I wanted my money back, I would have to bring the salad back to the restaurant. That meant after already driving from Gardena to Signal Hill and back, I was expected to make another trip because of something the restaurant forgot. When I explained that I was disappointed with how the situation was being handled and that I planned to leave a review, the woman on the phone responded, "All this for a dressing?" That comment bothered me more than the original mistake. Yes, it was dressing, but that misses the point. This was already the second time something had been left out of my order. The first time, I let it go. This time, the missing item affected the whole meal. What I would have appreciated was simple customer service. Acknowledge the inconvenience and make an effort to keep the customer. Something as simple as, "We apologize. Unfortunately, we cannot refund you without the food being returned, but on your next visit we will make sure we take care of you," would have completely changed the experience. Even offering a drink next time or simply saying they appreciated my business would have shown that they cared. I also tipped on my takeout order because I believe a tip is a way of showing appreciation for good service and attention to detail. I understand that a tip does not guarantee perfection, but it was disappointing to tip and still receive an incomplete order. There was also something I observed during this visit that concerned me. Someone spilled a drink, and one of the cooks helped clean it up. He wiped the floor while wearing gloves and, from what I could see, appeared to keep the same gloves on when returning to food preparation. That made me uncomfortable. I would have expected the gloves to be changed before handling food again. To be fair, the restaurant itself looks clean, organized, and well maintained. The tables, chairs, counters, and furniture appear to be in good condition. That is one of the reasons I kept giving this place another chance. I wanted to like Pita Pitaki. After my first visit, I thought it might become one of my go to places. Unfortunately, I never really got that same full experience again. My first visit was good. My second visit was missing the chicken. My third visit was missing the dressing, followed by customer service that made me feel like my concern did not matter. You can have good food and a clean restaurant, but customer service still matters. Sometimes how a business handles a mistake matters more than the mistake itself. My advice for anyone ordering takeout here is simple. Double check your order before you leave. Open the bag and make sure you have everything, especially meats, sauces, and dressing. Unfortunately, after giving this place several chances, it is no longer one of my go to spots.
