It genuinely reminds me of the Persian and Afghani kebab shops in Northern Virginia that know their way around a charcoal grill. Everything tastes clean, well-seasoned, and cooked with intention. A couple of small suggestions (because nothing is perfect): I'd love to see a wider variety of sauces for the kebabs, and personally, I'd prefer a larger piece of taftoon bread instead of the pita slices. That said--credit where it's due--the pita tastes fresh and not like it was pulled straight from a plastic bag, which already puts them ahead of most places.
