Cleanliness- I was the only patron there however the table adjacent to mine had coffee stains on there- meaning they didn't wipe down immediately after the last customer left. I told her I had just heard about the Fluff Bucket and that as a serious fluff lover I had to try it. She laughed and said she would make one for me right away. I had no idea at the time that she was the owner. I just knew she was someone who made me feel genuinely welcome in a moment when that meant more than she could possibly know. And let me tell you, the Fluff Bucket absolutely lived up to the hype. Smooth, creamy, perfectly sweet and sticky, blended with espresso, topped with fluff and mini marshmallows... it was like a dessert and a coffee had a beautiful, indulgent baby. Pure comfort in a cup. When I brought it back to the table, both of my daughters immediately said, "So you got one? You're going to love it." My younger daughter then told me that the woman I had been chatting with was actually the owner. That made the experience even more special.
