When we returned later that evening (still before 11:00 PM), we asked for hookah and were quoted $43. I showed them their Instagram story posted just a few hours earlier advertising promotional pricing valid before 11 PM. Despite this, they refused to honor their own posted promotion. Between the lack of staffing, poor communication, and refusal to honor advertised pricing, this was a very disappointing experience. I came to unwind and instead left frustrated. This reflects poorly on management and overall business practices.

First and foremost, thank you Jimmy, because when I tell you this man went above and beyond to make everyone feel like family at his establishment, I truly mean it.
