First time coming here. It was actually better than I thought it would be. We liked the kahi roll the most. Everything else was ok though. Nothing different than other sushi places. Maybe would stop by here again if going to watch a movie at Cinemark.

Nice ambience and location. Service was great, they have a little buzzer thing to call the server when you need anything. Food was wonderful! We had eel don, rainbow poke, toro nigiri and fire salmon lover. The fish is fresh and the salmon roll was exceptionally tasty. I wish the eel don had less rice and more eel but everything else was wonderful.

Vivianne our server made this visit amazing! Even with slower service because they were busy she cared for us and made us feel special. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was easy to have a conversation. I would come back and will come back! Great recommendations and I would highly recommend the quail egg shooter. So yummy!! My husband and I were very impressed. We stumbled across this place and everything sounded so yummy we got so much food out of excitement and everything we had was so delicious! The place is clean, service is amazing and we will definitely be back. This was an awesome treat to ourselves. Thank you Kahi Sushi!!!

Their mango macadamia nut roll was out of this world good. I would order it again in a heart beat! Very chill vibes. Service was good as well.

    Baja roll

Friendly service. Comfortable environment. Sushi was very average. Ordered the Baja roll and could barely see tuna in it. Wasabi was very bland. Not worth the price. Better places out there !

Very good food, but you'll pay a pretty penny for it. 4 rolls and 3 dinners and 2 appetizers left me a $180 hole in my wallet. The food was very upscale. The environment is classy. If you want a high end experience, you'll find it here.

A must try in Utah county! so so fresh and truly delicious. Also the sweetest staff! highly recommend the honey mango roll, sunkist roll and the Vegas was fabulous too! The kids meal was great wish I would have taken a pic! (only thing I would change would be having it come with some veggies) Will be returning !!!

First time here and I'm visiting from California. This place is amazing. We ordered the salmon lover and the bleeding dragon and not a side of the baked mussels absolutely jaw-dropping. It was so good. I will eat here again 100 times over highly recommend.Lucy was amazing !!

On a whim we found this new restaurant and decided to check it out because I love Sushi. Since NYC, it is hard to find good Shushi in Utah. There is a call button at each table to buzz the server. The inside is clean and wonderful as it is NEW!! The staff is great and friendly with great service. To start we had a spring roll, the way a spring roll should be. Fresh and NOT fried. The taste was epic. We ordered the 15 piece Sashimi combo, Salmon teriyaki dinner and a Vegas roll. The ginger served is the good stuff. Not the dyed ginger. They have a chef made salad dressing that was light and delicious. All of the food tastes wonderful. The fish (Sashimi) was very fresh. The mochi is incredibly delicious. It was wonderful to have the Chef come out and make sure the food as to our liking. Come now before it gets too busy and you have to wait for a seat. I'll be back for sure. 10/10 Sushi for Utah.

HOLY SMOKES! This is everything you want in sushi place! You walk in and it's clean, the decore is beautiful and you can tell there has been love put into each detail! Friendly staff greet you at the door and show you to your seating which there is plenty of. The servers are knowledgeable about the choices, while they are clearly described in detail on the menus. The food itself is INCREDIBLE! With lots of choices and variations, I was so excited to come back the following day after my first visit to try something new! Everything was fresh and plenty of it! You can't pass up on this location, go show them all the love!

Then I noticed the tip was already on there, so I scribbled out my tip completely. This morning, when the charge went through, it looks like they added a $10 tip... ON TOP OF already charging 18% automatically. The staff was rude and made us wait and wait. The salads had an inch of water at the bottom of the bowls and very little dressing. When the chef finally came out, he was terrible. We've been to hibachi restaurants a lot and have been to this location many times in the past. This time, when he did the initial fire trick, it was massive and almost burnt our faces. He burnt the eggs and over-seasoned the rice. He kept letting the vegetables mix with the raw chicken on the grill. Some of the rice fell into the grease trap; he just pulled it back out and mixed it in with the rest of the rice. We ordered filet mignon, and it was very dry and overcooked. At the end, when he was cleaning the grill, the soapy water went all over the table where our food was. We ordered extra fried rice, and he forgot it and gave the extra rice to one of the customers at our table. Then, to cap off the horrible experience, we had to wait 20 minutes for our checks. This place used to be pretty good, but it has gone WAY downhill.

Not feeling like sushi and big fans of tonkasu and ramen, we decided to order those two items. The ramen and the tonkasu came out with decent presentation, but that's where it ends. My tonkasu instead of a decent piece of cutlet, it was a sliver of meat as thin as a piece of cardboard fried to the point of it turned to a piece of jerky. I did complain to the server and they replaced it with another small sliver of meat but better cooked. There were not much vegetables with the meal, some sautéed bell peppers and onions drowned in soy sauce, and a small scoop of rice that is hard. $15.90. The ramen was nothing special, not even sure if they actually made the broth themselves, but when you marinated Hard boiled eggs in soy sauce for however long with the well cooked yolk soaked in the soy sauce, they are just salty, and the piece of egg we got was exactly that, we also got three slices of uncooked fish cakes that came straight from the package, sliced, cold and in the bowl. $14.50. The ambiance is modern and clean, but I do wonder how a brand new restaurant's ventilation can be so bad that after the meal, we smelled like we were cooking in front of a fryer all day. Service was decent, there was only one server running the whole show. She was friendly but maybe overwhelmed, served us the appetizer without plates to eat on, asking if we needed forks and forgot to bring them when we said we would like to have forks. Maybe the great reviews are for the sushi? We are not going to go back to find out after today's experience though. One star for the decent service and one star for the veggie tempura which was the only thing we actually enjoyed. Why we finished our food? Because we were hungry and didn't think we'll get refund if we just leave the food untouched.
